Confusing experience. Cant tell if the lady working the bar was rude or just an awkward person, but she also insisted “oh I don’t work here I’m just helping the owner” and the entire time seemed strangely suspicious of us for just wanting to order some wine and food. We did the wine flight and she gave us no description other than “these are the blueberry wines and these are all the others.” Each of the samples was served in a little plastic shot glass reminiscent of cough syrup cups, which was appropriate because the blueberry wines tasted like cough syrup. Ordered a sandwich too which was ok but I wouldn’t order it again. Overall the place seems more like a dive bar pretending to be a winery. Wine, food, service, and scenery all unfortunately disappointing.

What a horrific staff. Drove 3 hours to be greeted by a miserable employee at the bar. Asked us if we have been there before, nasty attitude, we said no. She then went on to bark at us saying well be patient, i am by myself. We asked if we should leave she sighed no, but be patient.
We felt so unwelcomed we left. Good luck with this model, we will take our disposable income elsewhere

Every time I visit, it’s a different experience. There are no staff members, just the owners. The woman there is not very friendly; I suppose that’s just her personality. My visit this time was okay—I had their recommended sandwich and a beer. I would probably go back, mostly because I live within walking distance. BTW no pictures or video inside only outside.

My wife and I have driven by this place for weeks and finally decided to try it for lunch. When we got there, the place was empty. The lady behind the bar asked us if she could help us. I guess asking for menus was too much because she rolled her eyes while getting menus. She asked my daughter her age and because my daughter was only twenty we were told we could not sit at the bar. No problem, we moved to a table. Instead of following us to the table, asking if we had ever been there before or if we wanted drinks. She went in the back and it was several minutes before she came back out and she went on doing something else. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. This place is on a growing list of places in Haines City and Davenport that we will never go to again because the staff sucks. I've never been to a winery and been treated like that. Very disappointing.

Cute winery. Lots of wine selections, not just blueberry wine. The menu offers a wide variety of yummy selections. We ordered the artichoke dip and cheese platter along with the wine flight, which features 9 of their signature wines. We were there early, an hour after opening. We were greated by a friendly patron at the bar. But what ruined it for me was the female bartender on staff. She had serious RBF and was rude and unfriendly. When asked why she was being so rude, she replied “what do you expect? For me to be friendly?” Wtf. I seriously hope she wasn’t one of the owners because if so, I would NEVER come back. There is no reason for rudeness when people come there expecting to have friendly and knowledgeable bartenders. We’ve been to many wineries and her attitude was just uncalled for. I hope no one else comes across her.

I said hello twice to this lady in the kitchen and she didn’t acknowledge a few times when I passed by….I’m not white but she spoke to the rest of my white friends…. Too sad !

Love his gem of a winery/bistro located in Davenport. The bistro is open starting October 1st. Great menu and great place to spend an afternoon. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.
I highly recommend you try the tasting flight of wines - 9 samples for a reasonable 12 bucks. A range of fruit wines from semi dry to very sweet. And you get a souvenir glass to keep.
Pair this with the cheese tray and you are off to a great start!
For lunch I had the cuban sandwich. Very tasty and authentic. My companion had the cranberry turkey sandwich. Also a tasty treat!
We will be back soon to try more of the menu and buy several more bottles of wine!

My boyfriend and I live in Davenport area and wanted to try this place for a while.I brought my parents that are visiting from PR to try this place as we like to support local businesses. The lady(we thought the owner)that walked out of the kitchen after several minutes of us looking at the establishment was incredibly rude. She didn’t introduce herself but even though we were the only ones there for lunch time she clearly didn’t want us there. She said to us “can I help you?” looking up and down on us and made everyone uncomfortable. My boyfriend asked about the menu and she said the restaurant wasn’t open until October. We explained we saw it on the google maps and she said only the bar was open but didn’t even recommend anything or asked if we wanted to sit. I translated for my parents and she was giving us dirty looks and even my (white) boyfriend said she was being racist and rude. We decided to go elsewhere and support another local business just minutes away. Do not go to this place. There’s nice wineries in central Florida and Clermont has a great winery that is a million times better. It was a huge disappointment and honestly offensive the way she treated us. I will definitely not recommend ever.
