Worst experience. Took 3 tries to get my husband's cone right. It's not like it was a difficult order, its ice cream afterall. The ice cream ( two different flavors)was so soft it was melting all over the place. They only give 1 napkin per customer. The dipped cone was so crooked the dipped topping was cracking all over. I had more on my hands than the cone. Ended up throwing away our cones after a few bites. What a waste. Will not come back to this location again.

Anywho; ice cream doesn’t even fill the cup up all the way. One big swirl at the bottom and then one line of ice cream up the cup. Presented it to them and they remade it and still looked the same way as did before. Toppings come out of a portion cup and are not mixed in. Manager sat on his phone while I stood at the window for 5+mins knocking and banging on it.
