The prices have gone up so much and we have had such bad service, so we hardly ever visit Twistee Treat anymore. When we first moved to Florida, we would go 2 to 3 times a week. The service was great and the staff even got to know me. But then things went downhill. for the lasts few years. However, we thought we would try it again. The ice cream has always been yummy, but not the service. Today, we had Bianca wait on us. She was extremely polite. She got our order correct. The Twirl was made like they were years ago. And, she got our order out in a very timely fashion. Thank you Bianca. Twistee Treat doesn't know how fortunately they are to have you.

I always love twistee treat ice cream, I use to go to Jermaihs a lot and honestly that place is nothing compared to twistee treat. Twistee treat has more variety, more kid friendly/ family friendly and you always have the option to create what flavor you want, very affordable ice cream also. I recommend that if you get any cone or cup to add the cherry dip, we got a sundae this time with brownies and cherry dip on top also the cookie sandwich with coconut
Even with a storm coming that evening, the staff had smiles on and the ice cream came out quickly. Twistee Treat is always a good choice for fast sweet snacks.
Parking: Just get it and go, there is a whole shopping area right behind the store!

We visited this location for the first time on August 15th. We brought our senior dog with us who loves to get ice cream. Bianca was the cashier but a couple of the girls came to the window and were so kind to our boy. They said how good he looked and couldn't believe his age which melted my heart and made me feel so good.. they even had a little bone put on the top of his ice cream. Anyway we love Twistee Treat and this location is fabulous

Went there tonight. We are locals and come here often. This was our first bad experience. The girl took our order right away. There was 4 of us. My husband got his ice cream right away. The rest of us waited about 15 minutes later. My husband was done his.The 2 girls that were there was busy with the drive thru and taking other orders. There was 2 other workers that were hanging out back talking to friends. The girl in drive thru had to go out to them twice before they would come help. When we finally got our ice cream which was a sundae the Bananas were hard and unripe. My kids got milkshakes and were very liquidly.
