It’s very disappointing that you want a special drink and in this location never has them, the hot creamy cocoa hot chocolate, this location never has it, the smoothies the same and also the kiosk should have a option that you can time some extras ingredients on your food.

I’m a Northerner, and Wawa is nostalgic to me. The store is usually pretty well stocked, and I’ve never had a rude interaction with an associate personally.
However, to the associates at the hot food bar, some advice and a plea. The meat placement on the sandwiches…. Well, it is an area of improvement.
Consistently, the condiments will be on one section of your hoagie as if it is a Chipotle burrito.. and you don’t need to lay the cold cuts in pile like a deck of cards in the dead center of a loaf of bread. Spread them out, air is flavor. Please, sandwich making is an art. Every single time I’ve gotten a sandwich, I need to open it up, and take it apart, and remake it myself.
Look at how the pictures of hoagies look around the store. Laying the meat completely flat and in the dead center all on top of each other is not a good sandwich. My request- Spread out the cold cuts and fold the meat. Even a little bit.
The quality of the food and freshness is wonderful, but a little more care can go into the actual construction. Respectfully, I’m sure that they are being rushed by management, and hey management – that’s bad. It’s resulting in bad sandwiches. Don’t rush your associates, let them take a little bit of time. A good Wawa sandwich is worth waiting for.
Update: Still making sandwiches poorly. Please address this, I paid for this and once again had to take it apart and make it myself because actually eating it and it’s a major inconvenience. I get the 5.50 combo with Mac and cheese this point I have to pick the sandwich based on which one I think they could maybe make. But even my cheesesteaks get squeezed the hell out of and I open them up and it’s a mangled sandwich.

The tall white boy in the front who is always on the side of the store smoking cigarettes isn't a good employee at all when it comes to customer service. This store runs the good employees away.If Mr. Brian didn't work here i'd never come

I went there around midnight I ordered food the crew wouldn't give me a bag and were very rude to me. They need a customer service course or something I had a very unpleasant experience. I hope someone who cares sees this.

Very disappointed with wawa management help just because they didn't want me to use my reward especially I had timr to use it and they simply could of show customer service but they didn't I won't be coming back it was my spot for my lunch break been coming here for a long time now the new team are worst to help on this date 6/23

Sure it very gross & employees are very rude, watch out for the-store bulldogs cause this store has 2 of them lol, the “transgender” girl with a beard only in her double chin& a skinny “dyke” with long brunette hair who loves to chase customers out of the store and accuse them of stealing without even knowing if the customer has she’s paid for or not. BE PREPARED!! Do not recommend ordering food here they don’t change their gloves & constantly giving out wrong orders and terrible quality food.

this store is gross all the time the empoylees are rude and do not care bout there jobs i have had bad experances everytime i come here. my husband is a truck driver he got back into town around 1:30 am he had to use the bathroom it was gross he didnt use it then he orderd the meatball sub and how do u expect to eat something that is just thrown together
