I ordered two coffees at 10:49, and waited until 11:35 and they still don't have them ready. Why would i wait 40+ minutes when I can make them at my house in 15 minutes? There's no queue to site how much longer. I asked to have them ready by 11:00 because, I have people waiting on me. I didn't come here to wait for basic products on a Saturday night.

The people at the counter are so rude. Cassandra specifically had a horrible attitude towards customers for literally ordering food. Im not sure I understand why that’s a thing.

Probably the most disgusting Wawa I’ve been in! garbage overflowing everywhere garbage inside near the drinks everything sticky and gross outside by the seating area areas. Everything is gross and dirty and garbage everywhere!

This is my local Wawa and I’m always taken well care of. Our food is always done well, clean environment! It is a very busy Wawa but they always are well composed. I just want to thank Sarah for being such a sweet employee!

I was there to pick up for a door dash order , the girl who was at the pick up counter made eye contact but did not ask if I needed help. The order was there ready to be given . The other dark skin girl who was prepping everything saw I needed help and came over to ask if I need help. I did not have to wait 15 mins if the employee asked if I needed help .
I use this place for Amazon pickups. Always clean, safe and it works.

15 mins for a smoothie should tell you everything about this place. ALWAYS slow with the food and unfortunately it’s hit or miss.

I had a great experience today at Wawa. I went in to purchase a Mocha Wake Up, and the machine was not working. And it hasn’t been working for a few days, and I know this because I go there all the time. But I asked one of the employees for help, and she was willing to help me, she went to the back and found the peaces that were missing and she fixed the machine. And I was able to get my Mocha Wake up. I really wanted that drink so bad. I want to thank Ms. Kara. She went above and beyond.

The service is very slow and I was served by the employee Gabriel who has a very bad attitude and called me a thief. He thought I had stolen something and other customers told me that he has a very bad attitude and is not good for customer service.

I had very little problems with this wawa. The customer service is great. I go late tge over night mangers are awsome. I had an issue in the past talkeddit over with a team member. They went above n some made sure my experince never happened again and it didnt. The store and bathrooms are very clean.
