If they had zero stars, that would be better. Extremely slow service, with orders taking 20 minutes plus to get done. Bathrooms not cleaned, floors are sticky, and most of the tables full of trash and debris. The ownership should be visited by the Franchisor and stripped of their franchise rights. Been to several Wendy's and most are very good. This is one of the worst run restaurants I've ever seen.

The servers were extremely kind when we were in the store around noon. They saw I was very pregnant and went out of their way to go and above and beyond by bringing my order to me in the store. They showed such kindness with not just their words and smiles but actions too. They did an excellent job with their food as well.

The food was delicious. We went through the drive-through and at this Wendy they use Ai. and it didn't understand my free frosty. We had to make some changes when we pulled up to the window. There was some issue with the car that was 2 cars in front of us so we waited in line for 15 minutes before we could begin to pull forward. When we got to the window the young man was very kind and completed the order corre try. He did not give me the correct amount of change, but quickly corrected his error.

2. Biggie bags did not get any sauce or fry for either of them! considering that you have to speak to a robot. You would think their customer service will be on point when it comes time to collect payment, but they were very rude and didn’t even give us our sauce, and slammed the window before we left

Zay provided excellent service. He handled orders quickly and efficiently, and when there was a mix-up with my drink, he resolved it right away with professionalism and courtesy. We also noticed a spill of water and, once we mentioned it, the team immediately jumped in to clean it up. Everyone there goes above and beyond — they truly deserve recognition for their great service.

Heed this review as a warning. An anonymous costumer ordered a baconater, very excited to eat it. For starters, it took very long for the food to arrive and OP only ordered a combo of baconater, simple right? Think again. It took a VERY long time to get the food. OP recalled the worker apologizing for the wait. When OP got home, he noticed his baconater had no bacon, only a mountain of sauces
