The staff at this Wendy’s are amazing people and always get my order right!! It’s never a bad experience here. The food is always fresh and hot. Nilda handed my order out to me she had a big smile and an amazing attitude. I wish I knew more names to point out but the night time crew will always keep me coming back!!!

The AI at the window is very frustrating!!!! The employee inside was very helpful and patient with the order so I don’t know why they need the AI in the first place. Pay people livable wages and they will come to work!

Kind of annoyed this the second time this happened this time is even worst . I'm going back there tomorrow so they can fix it . My cobb salad was brown and chicken was dry as hell like really . They gave me my bag at the window rushing. And mind you I was the only car there lol so what's the rush and why ya selling nasty old salad .

It must be impossible to get an order right in this location! Always nasty attitudes from staff and cold food…. Update 8/9/25 tried again… got food poisoning! Everything was cold, old and stale. Ended up on the hospital due to severe food poisoning and vomiting. This places needs to be investigated

This is my second time coming here in a week & both times they shorted me. Why am I paying extra for a large fry to get a small amount. Literally half empty. My daughter was also missing a nugget. Food tasted ok at least.
I see lot of ppl complained their order was not right but in my experience it was correct and quick, i did not wait at all in drive through. And meat was really fresh. The only thing was fries were little soggy, and burger was little flat and smaller than other locations. Everything else was good.

Not friendly staff including the manager! Order wasn’t ready although I placed online and when I asked for the order all staff looked at me like if I had 3 heads so they started my order after I got there, so it’s defeat the purpose by ordering online, good was not great either.

When I went up to the drivethur, I ordered a double stack and a chicken ranch wrap with no ranch dressing. The Wendy’s employee said the price for a double stack was 3.19 and for the chicken ranch wrap it was 6.59. However on the sign it said 2.99 for the double stack and 6.49 for the chicken ranch wrap. I told the employee this and he said I was wrong so I left the conversation there. When I went to the window to pick up my order I looked it and it had ranch on it. I parked the car and went in and told the employee I asked for no ranch dressing. She just looked at me with a blank stare and walked away. I waited 5 minutes for them to correctly make my sandwich and they never did. I then told the girl at the counter I would just like a refund because I had to get to work. She just walked away again and went to talk to the girl making sandwiches and they giggled at each other. The manager came to me and said she was going to make the sandwich. The worst customer service and blatant disrespectful behavior I have ever experienced. You get false advertisement/ fake prices and bad behavior too. DONT EVER GO HERE!
