I see lot of ppl complained their order was not right but in my experience it was correct and quick, i did not wait at all in drive through. And meat was really fresh. The only thing was fries were little soggy, and burger was little flat and smaller than other locations. Everything else was good.
The weekend crew is very good. They are always nice and eager to help.
Not friendly staff including the manager! Order wasn’t ready although I placed online and when I asked for the order all staff looked at me like if I had 3 heads so they started my order after I got there, so it’s defeat the purpose by ordering online, good was not great either.
Great 2am run after karaoke did not get his name but the guy running the drive thru was great super friendly.

When I went up to the drivethur, I ordered a double stack and a chicken ranch wrap with no ranch dressing. The Wendy’s employee said the price for a double stack was 3.19 and for the chicken ranch wrap it was 6.59. However on the sign it said 2.99 for the double stack and 6.49 for the chicken ranch wrap. I told the employee this and he said I was wrong so I left the conversation there. When I went to the window to pick up my order I looked it and it had ranch on it. I parked the car and went in and told the employee I asked for no ranch dressing. She just looked at me with a blank stare and walked away. I waited 5 minutes for them to correctly make my sandwich and they never did. I then told the girl at the counter I would just like a refund because I had to get to work. She just walked away again and went to talk to the girl making sandwiches and they giggled at each other. The manager came to me and said she was going to make the sandwich. The worst customer service and blatant disrespectful behavior I have ever experienced. You get false advertisement/ fake prices and bad behavior too. DONT EVER GO HERE!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received at this Wendy’s drive-through. The drive-through lady, who seemed to be a manager, was shockingly unprofessional and rude. She rushed us through our order, dismissed our concerns, and made us feel like our complaints didn’t matter. To top it off, we didn’t even receive everything we ordered.
When we realized our fries were missing, we called the restaurant multiple times. After finally getting through, the same manager answered. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she hung up on us once we mentioned the missing fries. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
While the food itself was delicious, the lack of respect and professionalism from this manager overshadowed the entire experience. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and have their concerns addressed, not dismissed and ignored. Wendy’s needs to ensure their staff—especially managers—understand how to handle situations like this appropriately.

**Negative Review for Wendy’s on US 27, Davenport**
I’ve been a loyal customer of the Wendy’s on US 27 in Davenport for quite some time and have always enjoyed my visits. However, my experience today left me feeling deeply disappointed and frustrated. Upon entering, it was evident that the staff was having a rough day, but that’s no excuse for the lack of professionalism and courtesy I encountered.
When I mentioned that my fries were cold and stale, instead of receiving a polite response, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the employee. She didn’t say a word, simply snatched the bag from my hands and handed me another without even an apology. It felt incredibly disrespectful, especially considering I frequent this location and spend a good amount of money there.
As a customer who values good service, I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of the day they’re having. It’s disheartening to feel like my concerns were not taken seriously, and I left feeling unappreciated as a loyal patron. I hope management addresses this issue, as it would be a shame to see such a great spot lose customers over poor service.

These people always mess up my orders i say plain and they double the vegitables i say one order and nuggets and they charge my 2 or 3 orders of nuggets everyone needs to get retrain or let go if they dont know how to listen

Had to be let into the bathroom cause the employees have the key. food was ok I guess, the atmosphere was lacking, it was not very inviting. Not sure if I will give this location a visit again, maybe one more time. My coffee was luke warm when it was handed to me.

$36 of cold, cold food. Fries were no good. trash. The food was not edible. Waste of money. From purchase to home was only 5 minutes. I don't recommend this Wendy's.
