French fries are horrible
The bag was drenched, I mean drenched in grease. The chicken was greasy, the containers were saturated in grease just the same. It was disgusting!
Cancelled my order two days in a row while waiting for it to be delivered. Supposedly out of something? Two days in a row after confirming an order you then cancel it?
Ordered for delivery and waited an hour for the food to be given to the wrong person. The order was then cancelled because “they couldn’t make it again”
This was the quickest Wingstop. I had ever been in plus the food was all fresh and the wings was cooked perfect
We order here online often and lately it’s been terrible. Very inconsistent quality with ZERO attention to order notes or extras that were ordered and paid for. Last couple of times it felt like they dump whatever was left over on our order. It arrive cold and looking like it was sitting in a tray for a while. It tasted terrible, it was ultra dry and well done as well.
We will give them another try and if is wrong again we will find a different place to order.
Was supposed to get our food at 5:06 PM, and when I'm typing this (5:24 PM), we still haven't received our food. I went to check if our order was done but apparently you can't even see which bag is yours with the pick-up order station in front of you.
waited 40 minutes to get our food and service was horrible. They were rude laughing and playing around while having people waiting for their food and the manager is just standing there watching them not saying anything. would not come again.
Very rude manager and staff. I placed a mobile order for pickup, checked my bags in my car and realized I was missing a side of fries and a sauce. I walked back in and politely let the person at the front counter know that I was missing the items. When she told the manager very loudly said “nah that’s cap, we just made that” while looking at me. A different employee then sternly told me I had to bring my bags in. I did, they checked them, then without saying anything to me or apologizing, tells the manager they weren’t in the bag. Got my missing items, but there was no need to be rude to me. Won’t return here

I placed an order online for my family for dinner. Once I returned home, I discovered the food was ice cold. I took the food back to the store and I was told that they could remake my food or I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days. My issue was this was the refund was not processed. I was expected to take the word of the woman in charge. She told me that she could text her area manager a copy of my receipt so they can process the refund as she could not process it in the. She then took a call from her manager, Robert, who told me the same thing that they stand on. I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days with no proof of this refund with me leaving the store. I was told that I could either except that or they could remake my food. Not to mention there were multiple employees playing in the back cooking area. I didn’t trust this at this point. I feel this is very unjust. Very unacceptable and not good customer service. Wingstop do better!!
Waited over 2 hours for a delivery. When the first driver showed up the order wasn’t ready when they said. So when the second driver showed up they closed early. Worse service not just this time but every time. What a shame the food is good but the service is beyond terrible. Please don’t waist your time. Now to try to get a refund that I paid for but never got.
Food is always way over seasoned with salt you can't even eat it. cold fries never fresh. bad customer service, workers are rude, always on their phone or too busy messing around. Every time I order online my order is always messed up and they never like to fix it they always say there's no supervisor or manager available. I've been to several different Wingstop and it's all the same. what are they thinking when they hire these kids. Shame on you Wingstop

Today I went to the restaurant at the Tooele location. I ordered an order of just a combo to eat in and they never delivered it to me. I waited 58 minutes and until I had to ask them to refund my money. After waiting so long, the manager took a long time to even make the refund. The fries were burnt. They gave preference to online orders. When I arrived there were no people, but waiting 58 minutes for them to give you the food plus 15 minutes to get your money back. I do not recommend it. The place is very poorly managed and has more than 20 employees and the manager standing there looking at everyone without taking action. Ufff, terrible. I saw orders with burnt fries. People complained about the cold food. Waiting so long and the food being cold is no way.
