Positive experience at this establishment. I honestly don’t know what all the negative reviews are about. Food was as expected, service was moderate. Only thing I particularly didn’t like was the cashier had me fill out a survey (I suppose cause of all the negative publicity) and she sort of took my phone to do it. However the food was good I liked it.
Was in town for the week on vacation with my family, ordered from this location on two separate occasions, ordered online and went and picked it up. Food was good, fresh and hot. Had everything I ordered in my bag including condiments and wet wipes. Service was great, the crew was busy cranking out orders but I was still acknowledged upon walking in and greeted with a smile. All in all this was one of the better Wingstop locations I have ordered from.
My daughter and i called the order in and the process was easier speaking to a live person instead of the computer automation. The food was ready when i got there. Everything was great as expected. I can't speak about the atmosphere. It's a small location, there were ppl there waiting and my food was ready since i called it in. I'll be back in the future.
