I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken Fritters with house chips and received some incredibly generic chicken tenders and french fries. Calling these chicken fritters is just dishonest

Did not realize we only had a lunch menu! We wanted to go there for dinner. The only spot available was at 3 PM. Dinner isn't served until 5 PM. Had I known that I never would've booked the reservation.

Ate lunch outside with a view of the ocean in February where the weather was perfect. Very relaxing. Our server was friendly and the food was very good. My husband had the hamburger and I had the Caesar salad with chicken. Would recommend both. The restaurant is inside the resort. Great experience.

Was just at this place. Had a reservation for 6pm. They had one lady working the front to seat people and one guy waiting tables. I felt bad for him because there was a good amount of people and it was only him. We left because the menu was super small, not a lot of stuff on it. We were told someone would be with us in a minute. 25 minutes later, still no one. So we left.

We came here because it was supposed to be fancy. The visual of it was very much fancy, but the service was not. I felt so bad for the waiter because he was the ONLY person waiting on tables. There were only 2 workers that we could see; one waiting tables and one seating people. There weren't even that many people, still plenty of open tables and yet it took us 20 minutes of waiting to get up and walk out. The table next to us got a free bread basket because the food was taking so long that's how long the wait was. Menu is over priced and they have very little options to choose from. Will not come back. To the waiter, he needs a raise because he was remaining calm and busting his rear end with no help.

We had a very nice business lunch at Azure. South Florida business partners stayed at the Shores Resort and Spa...so Azure was a natural choice. Our server, Sunny ? was spectacular. Very attentive, yet she knew not to interrupt the conversation by waiting patiently at tableside for a natural pause in the discussion before asking...exceptional...on top of being super positive and pleasant. SHE even took the time to compliment my black and white shoes while I was away from the table. As a Hospitality Executive...who knows good service, she gets top marks! The food was very good, my Black and Blue Cheese burger was perfectly prepared and well seasoned.I was impressed...mostly by the service...but also the oceanfront ambiance and solid food. I'd definitely have a business lunch there anytime and look forward to having dinner at the restaurantDietary restrictions: They accommodated my carnivore diet very well.

Went for breakfast/brunch and found the atmosphere really beautiful, right on the water. The restaurant is in a hotel/spa that looks like a pretty nice place to stay right on the ocean. We ate inside, but the outside area was really pretty too. Host was super friendly, our server was okay but seemed taken aback by menu questions. Decided on this place because the menu offered a similar dish that a couple of restaurants at home offer with homemade Greek yogurt and homemade granola. Hubby got the parfait, I had the fruit and yogurt plate. The fruit was decent aside from the melon which wasn’t ripe yet. The yogurt was sore bought vanilla (disappointing) and the granola was broken up granola bars from the store (super disappointing). Based on where this place is, their food game should be elevated.

Service time was a little slow for a mid-afternoon (and no other guests around), but overall, a great spot and food was good too!

Some of the worst food we've ever had. Didn't rosemary mashed potatoes go out about 20 years ago? The mashed potatoes had full leaves of rosemary sticking out of them. The only flavor you could taste was rosemary. We were warned off from ordering the strip steak by a couple at the next table so ordered the lamb which was grisly and inedible. The green beans were undercooked, which, granted, is fashionable now. The carrots were so undercooked they were nearly raw. And the beet salad! The beets looked like they've been left out to dry and reconstituted. The only winner in the dinner was the chocolate mousse and it was not as advertised as there was no flavor of Grand Marnier in it.

The hotel is beautiful and seems to be well staffed. All of the people we dealt with were pleasant and very professional. The valet and our waiter in particular. The dinner itself was another story. It was the worst Thanksgiving in my life. The turkey was so dry that you could not pick up a piece with your fork. It crumbled into pieces and was better eaten with a spoon. The mashed potatoes were reminiscent of the instant "Potato Buds" of my youth, but with too much water. The sweet potatoes? What was the story with them? You needed a hacksaw to cut through the skin and the center was mush...like they had been in the oven since Tuesday. The entire plate was covered in gravy....everything except the cranberry sauce, which was warm; the whole thing reminded me of the last time I fixed a TV dinner. I don't like a lot of gravy on my food; I hate it. But it did allow you to eat the dried out turkey without choking on it. The stuffing was okay, but tasted a little too much like "stove-top" to me. We actually were in better shape than one of our fellow diners, who had a seizure and left Azure on a stretcher with the Rescue Squad in an ambulance. It was probably when he got a look at the check. That incident put an end to our evening as well, but we got to go home instead of the hospital. Which is nice. I don't think we are coming back.
