in life we move fast and sometimes forget those who have touched us more than anyone else. This owner has been my friend since 6th grade / we go years without talking and pick up in the exact same space. I love you bro always. I've been a rowdy rod so much with you and you just laugh. You know what's deep down and I will never take that for granted. From heathens to hea ven and always remaining locked. You can't replace humans like this - his dog is a little spunky but I guess that matches him. Go support this business. Unfortunately I don't live here but I tell people about this place always

This place is your go to spot for your daily nutriton. Great prices, product, and a spectacular view of the beautiful beach. Team memebers are very nice and have a lot of knowladge on their product. Must go!! Cant get enough of Seaside

Absolutely amazing! The sakes are delicious, I was stuck at work for a couple hours longer than expected and Jessy went ahead and delivered shakes to my co workers and I. Vibes in there are always great!!!

Great nutrition drink bar. PB cookies are so delicious they did not make it for the pic. Shout out to Steven, he knows his stuff. As a local I’m glad to see a place like this open up on the beach.
