Applebee's Grill + Bar

Very disappointed in this restaurant. The bartender was bitching the entire time about people ordering frozen drinks and she didn’t have time for that. Restaurant was understaffed and some of our food was never brought out so we just canceled part of our order.

Place was kind of dirty considering hardly anyone was there. Seemed the bar tender was doing everything.

Food is slow and I asked for my burger request to be well done. Fully dressed. Red meat burger... Not well done. The Tipsy Cupid didn't come with the lip at the side of my glass. Joe's Crab Shack served me better with the Skark drink... $20's with the shark on the side of the glass. I'm posting on social too...

solid value for lunch

1/4/2025. We went before noon on a Saturday. There were maybe 5 tables seated when we arrived. The hostess first said it would be about 5 to 10 minutes before being seated as there were only 2 servers. After the 10 minutes were up the hostess came back and said the cook wasn’t letting any take orders. Meanwhile several waiters left. Before we decided to leave ourselves after about 30 minutes waiting another couple came in and were allowed to sit at the bar and order. We had enough of this malarkey and left and drove to Ormond beach Applebees.

This had to be the worst service that I have ever had . The main course came out before the appetizer, they would not cleared any plates or ask us if we are ok or needed anything . I have had better service at burger King and that's saying alot . Not happy 😒

Great food and service. Food was hot and tasty. Drinks, we'll done..Our server Lacey came around very often and took made sure all was good.

I hate it when I can't finish all the food on my plate because it was just too much for me. Great burger and fries. Wife had chicken sandwich. We took half of that back home as well. Service was great.
