Save yourself the time, cost, and tastebuds and don’t come here. We should have known better coming at 7:30 pm with all of their outside lights off, when they close at 10:00pm, that they were not interested in having to work. We were the only ones in the restaurant and we had to wait to order, waited over 20 minutes for our food, the coke machine wasn’t working right, fries and sandwiches were cold, they were out of cheddar cheese, and employees lacked any kind of care. It’s no wonder everyone is next door at the Raising Canes. It’s tough for me to write negative reviews as I genuinely give every place and everyone the benefit of the doubt, but this was just bad overall. On a positive the mozzarella cheese sticks were great!

I've never in my life been compelled to write a negative review about a fast food establishment until today. The service at this location is insanely bad. Roseanna specifically is absolutely AWFUL. Arby's should be ashamed of employing such a miserable excuse for a customer service employee. That woman should not be working with the general public. Her demeanor and utter disinterest in doing the simple task of handing people their food is ridiculous. She was the most rude worker we have ever encountered and for what? Us and the guests in front of us were polite and had very simple orders. There is no reason for her to be acting that way.

Brutal...stopped there the evening of 14 July at around 7pm. Ordered two double roast beefs, one crinkle fry, and one curly fry.

Appeared really short staffed. Only saw two people, the very nice drive through/bagger/counter girl, and some surly guy who was yelling at her. I assume he was the "cook".

The bun on both sandwiches was stale or hard. Both orders of fries were old, like they were sitting out for quite awhile. They weren't even close to fresh. I've had fresh fries from Arby's...I know they can do it.

Bottom line: I know why it's always a ghost town there.

Walked in see about 5 people waiting for food that had been there for a good 10-30 still waiting for there food. Then took the cashier about a good 20 minutes just to take our order. Didn’t even talk to us just walked up and looked at us. They all seemed so confused and they moved like sloths. Took from start to getting our food a good 45 mins. For only 2 sandwiches and a fries! Forgot the cheese on my sandwich but I didn’t wanna ask for cheese because that could have token a good 10 mins lol.

The best beef ever...love to stop in for quick meal. And yes a slider for Jack...he gets so hurt if I forget him..Every one at Arby's has been so nice. And the food is just so yummy..it seems everyone has the same idea...Nice.. Well. We just might see you at Arby's. On this next trip..
