I know it's fast food but please, try to put the fries in the container and the container in the bag compared to what I just witnessed. I just saw the fries bring dropped into the container (half made it, half did not) and the container literally being dropped into the bag. I get, it's fast food but I'm a customer and that is food I'm paying for. Why shouldn't I expect that food be handled with effort?

International Speedway Arby’s is the absolute worst!! By far I didn’t order a single I ordered a double this is ridiculous it’s money out of our pocket to buy your items and you can’t or don’t care ??♀️ to even put the effort into making sure we get the right sandwich??It’s not your money it’s not your wages just do your job and make the correct sandwich it’s really not that difficult!!Check the Update picture of going back to the Arby’s off Williamson Rd & LPGACompared to the Arby’s on ISB!!!Huge difference!!Stay away from the Arby’s on ISB!!! And go to the store off LPGA customer service is great and food quality and food control going out is excellent!!Last pic is from the Arby’s off Williamson and lpga blvdUpdate I call them back below and the young men working didn’t care and told me to to LPGA ARBYS ( Trust me Not a Problem) Date and Time of the 11/9/23 around 6PM Suggest a GM or a good supervisor might want to speak to your employees about the customer service issues and food issues before you guys have absolutely no business at all! Why even go to the store on international speedway if you don’t care to treat customers with respect or a bit of kindness and just do your job it’s buns and meat that tv promt tells you exactly what to do it’s really not rocket science but then again it the other stores have much higher standards for their customers!!
