My fiance came thru about 30 minutes ago order a beef n cheddar sandwich meal this isn’t the beef and cheddar sandwich no cheddar sauce no onion bun the fry’s tasted like they were sitting all day. This is ridiculous my first time having him go to this Arbys and now I can’t even enjoy my dinner

If you order a sandwich that does not come with auj sauce, they want to charge you, however other sauces are free.

I had a Hamburger yesterday that was the worst hamburger I ever had. It must have been frozen and already cooked. It was way overdone. I kept looking at it to make sure it was hamburger. I tried to eat half of it. Expected much better since they advertise they are the meat. Will I be back? Probably but I will get the roast beef.

Saw this place was open late, 11 PM, and came to get a late dinner, 9:45 PM. We ordered our food, and the guy taking our order, Shaun, asked if we wanted any sauces as the dining area was closing soon. My wife and I took this as, "you can eat but all the dispensers will be shut off." We are halfway through eating with our wrappers spread out and covered with sauces for fries when Shaun tells us we have to leave because the lobby is closed and he has to count money. Not sure why he couldn't wait 5 more minutes when there was just my wife and myself, along with what looked like a mother and daughter who were finishing up, especially since the drive through is still open. Typically the til doesn't get closed until the restaurant is closed, but this place seems to be the exception. He could have also been more specific about us not being able to stay 10 minutes past the lobby closing to eat and we would have just taken it to-go. Over all it was a big mess moving everything out to the car to have our last 3 bites of food. This is why I am leaving only 3 stars for service.

The "pumpkin" turnover was apple, my shake had no whip cream, staff was rude, saying I make them everyday, maybe try one it's not pumpkin, honey that's apple, I know what pumpkin taste like
Just teach the big rude chick some manners and customer service skills. I didn't want a new one, just wanted the next person to maybe get what they actually ordered.

Clean and friendly staff. Long time Arby’s customer first time Meat Mountain eater lol. It happened here. Interesting sandwich.. a bit too much for me lol but worth trying. The dry chicken strips is why I didn’t give them a 5 ⭐️ all around. #
Roast beef was old grey and tough. Shake was delicious asked for 4 arby sauce and got only one and instead they gave 3 horsey sauce. Went thru drive thru and didn't open till home. Was to far to return it. Tried to call to no answer...
