Waited forever to be answered at the drive thru, then waited forever at the window for my food. Then to be told after the entire wait they didn't have a drawer to take cash, my son has autism it's not exactly easy to find places he will eat at. Why not tell someone from the beginning? I had exact change. Just completely unreasonable and lazy.

If we're ever at Sam's Club, this is where we like to go for a quick meal. Always the same, 2 gyros, some fries and drinks. Staff are very friendly and the food is always hot and tasty

Well what can I say? It is 8:00. I went in there. There's nobody there. I stood around, stood around, stood around. Nobody helped me. I made noise. Nobody came out and helped me. This girl comes out of the restroom and I asked her. Is there a kiosk or something I can order with a nasty attitude? She said someone will be right with you and she starts putting up. The chairs will not go back to this Arby's you don't treat people like that. Not good customer service

My fiance came thru about 30 minutes ago order a beef n cheddar sandwich meal this isn’t the beef and cheddar sandwich no cheddar sauce no onion bun the fry’s tasted like they were sitting all day. This is ridiculous my first time having him go to this Arbys and now I can’t even enjoy my dinner

If you order a sandwich that does not come with auj sauce, they want to charge you, however other sauces are free.

I had a Hamburger yesterday that was the worst hamburger I ever had. It must have been frozen and already cooked. It was way overdone. I kept looking at it to make sure it was hamburger. I tried to eat half of it. Expected much better since they advertise they are the meat. Will I be back? Probably but I will get the roast beef.
