A nightmare. The nuggets weren't cooked all the way. I bit into uncooked biscuit batter I was DISGUSTED the employees working acted like it was normal when i took them back to them. The employees were rude and non observant. The station to get napkins condiments and straws was completely filthy. This location needs to be shut down. A rude hunk of work (Frank Perrotta-Operations
-Chestnut Land Company) reached out after I completed the survey with such a disturbing rude email response I was so taken aback. Do not go to this location if you want edible food and any type of adequate service.

Tried to order mini pretzel dogs, and the older lady that makes them got an attitude because she didn’t want to do it. I told her never mind and walked out. So rude!!

My family and I came in @ 8:58 they closed @ 9:00pm. If you see were the pretzels still inside the warmer and I told him that we will buy whatever you have available. When my family and I was walking inside there was a very cute girl that he took care of but not my family. Take a look at the picture I posted, there’s a bunch of pretzels still inside the heater. I asked him you’re really gonna not sell us anything he said yeah are you really gonna throw away those pretzels? Yup you’re really gonna lose money his reply was we make plenty of money here I don’t need your money. I guess this store is making millions of dollars. And I only care about my white customers. He was so racist, very rude. Thinks he owns the place. I’m not sure how he could be so unresponsible to me that is like financially stupid of not selling whatever you have available. It’s not financially responsible. The economy is bad these days. Also if they were closed why is the door still open? I hope he gets fired!!! He also had a very nasty hickey on his neck, have some dignity that doesn’t not look cool! I don’t know why I’m complaining It’s Annie Ann pretzels. customer service is always horrible no matter where you go with Annie Ann, but their pretzels are so damn good.

I just read the previous review about the employees and the food. I was in line when said customer asked about the dogs. First off, the employees did not look miserable, they are doing their jobs. Second I ordered cinammon nuggets and they were hot and fresh. The lady did ask how long for the food to the employees in the back of the store. The employee answered and the lady repeated back FIVE minutes? and the employee again stated EIGHT minutes and she did say it a little louder because I think she thought the lady might not have heard correctly. I do come here often and have never had a bad pretzel and the employees have always been nice and friendly. As a side note I looked on the lady’s review profile. She seems to give negative reviews to about every place she’s been too. Must not be a Happy person.

Employees seem miserable at the tanger outlet location in Daytona beach. They seem like they don’t want to be there. Seem annoyed when I ordered mini dogs. Non were ready so they told me right minutes. After I ordered something else and checked out it had already been a few minutes so I asked how long now for the mini dogs and the older female and younger latino female answered as if annoyed that they had to say it again, EIGHT MINUTES. I then left to sit outside and wait. I would have ordered the bigger dog, but they were all burnt. Black burnt. It was obvious they shouldn’t sell them but they don’t care. Cinnamon sugar pretzels were cold and soggy. Still waiting on the mini hot dogs. Also charged $1.69 for mustard sauce to go with them. Rediculous that it doesn’t come with it. They look good.

At the Tanger Outlets DBeach, very small store front, can only handle a few people at a time inside the doors. Was busy though.

Every time I go the pretzels are hot and fresh even when they are busy and have a line. The workers are always so friendly and helpful. This is my go to spot for delicious pretzels. My favorite is the mini dogs.

Michael R. should be trained in how to provide better customer service! He wasn’t paying attention to what I was ordering and gave us a wrong drink. When I told him that I ordered a different drink he sighted, gave me a correct drink and then made comments about me to the next customer!! Plus, when I asked him to apply points to my account for my purchase he gave me receipt and told me to scan it in the app for points.Unprofessional customer service!!!
