Best little mom and pop seafood place. Everyone is very friendly and attentive.Ordered the fish and chips and they were the best my husband and I have tasted. Their signature tartar sauce was amazing. I give them a 10. Highly recommend this place We will be coming back the next time we are in the area.

Fantastic, delicious, fresh food.Cocktail sauce was fresh and zippy. Onion rings had a nice crunch and the fish and chips were perfect.

This looks like a small family operation. I had great service. My food came out sooner than expected and was very tasty. I had the special for lunch which was 2 pieces of fish, 2 shrimp, and a side. It came with Cole slaw and hush puppies, and I selecting collard greens for my side. It was all excellent. I highly recommend stopping by for lunch.

Great seafood at a reasonable price. Eat-in or takeout a wide variety of fresh made seafood dishes. Sides are cooked to order an each one we have tried has not been a disappointment. Stop in a for a quick lunch or grab food to go. Cannot go wrong with visiting this local seafood establishment.

Owner was such a nice guy, very welcoming restaurant. Food was the best I've had in a long time. Try the fried Oysters and the fried green tomatoes . The clam chowder soup was also award winning. I will definitely be back when I return to Daytona.

Parking: Location on the non busy side of Daytona

Stumbled upon this place while vacationing in Daytona Beach. Service was fantastic. They accommodated seven kids and four adults like pros! Huge portions made for some leftovers, which was great for us. Everything was tasty! Can’t say enough about the great service.

We were looking for some seafood and boy did we choose the right place! We ordered the clam chowder-so good and so different from any other! We also split the fried platter-the portions were so generous. The best meal we had during our trip!

What a surprise! Very happy that we found this place. It's in an out of the way area but well worth the drive from wherever you are. Huge portions, everything was very tasty, and service was excellent. Highly recommend!

We found Bay Street on Tripadvisor and the reviews were not wrong. It's not by the water but maybe that's why we didn't have to wait on Friday night at 6:30. They had a table waiting on us when we got there (party of 6). The server was great, the food came out quickly and was the best seafood we've had while in Daytona ( and we've had some pretty good stuff). The loaded shrimp nachos were as good as we had hoped when we found this place online. The fried scallops were the best I've had in a long time. One of our party had the fish and chips...just fish and chips right? Wrong! The fish was delicious! Fried shrimp...sorry for being repetitive but also the best we've had all week. This will be top of the list on our next trip to Daytona!

This is a must for anyone visiting Daytona beach- we are visiting from the UK and so pleased we found this restaurant. The food was amazing and the customer service was the best I have come across. Staff were so friendly and so kind- my daughter had sunburn and they gave us the perfect solution to relieve her pain!! You guys are truly gorgeous people!! Would more definitely visit again - thank you ?

I stopped by after a day the beach with my family on Memorial Day weekend. The service polite and fast. The food was fresh, well seasoned and yummy ! ? I like that they have a variety on their menu even if you don’t want to eat fried food.

Stopped by for lunch and ordered fish bites and fish with onion rings. This place is OUTSTANDING! I am picky with fish, especially fried. The young female Chef cooked it to perfection - crispy not greasy AND still moist inside. There are lightly breaded with a good light taste allowing me to try different hot sauces and/or dips. I’ll be back!

After looking for a seafood place on line, my husband and I decided to try this place. We arrived for supper and were the only ones there. Shortly after, the people started coming! Portions are huge!! We were so glad our server recommended sharing the seafood platter! She brought it, already divided on two plates and it was still a lot of food! Prices are very reasonable and our food was delicious. We will definitely be back when we come to Daytona again!

On a recent trip to Daytona Beach we wanted to find a good seafood restaurant that didn't cater to tourists. Several web searches brought up this unassuming local restaurant, so we decided to give it a try. So glad we did, it was an awesome find! The staff is super nice, the restaurant kitschy and fun, and the food stellar! I am gluten-free, and they used a dedicated fryer for my french fries! I had grilled shrimp that was perfectly seasoned, a bit spicy, and delicious. The coleslaw was tasty and crisp, with no bitterness. My companions enjoyed the battered cod, with a huge side of crispy battered onion rings; and the seafood platter, a huge plate with an amazing crab cake, clam strips, fish, and shrimp. A massive side of onion rings and an entire plate of fried okra came with it! We ended up needing a takeaway container! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, it's amazing!
