Unfortunately, this was one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve ever had. It felt like there were untrained kids running the place, and there seemed to be very little pride in the food or service. Our pizza wasn’t even properly cut, and the overall quality was disappointing. From the service to the final product, it just felt rushed, sloppy, and careless. Not recommended there are plenty of better pizza options out there that respect both the customer and the craft.

We normally love Blaze pizza but we went yesterday in Black Friday. The line was long, as to be expected, but service went relatively quickly. They had the front doors open and it was FREEZING!! we asked if they would shut both doors or at least one. They asked why we would want that, which seemed like a strange question and when we responded how cold it was, they said they would not shut the doors. That response was very disappointing and frankly I don’t understand why they couldn’t shut at least one door.

Great service great atmosphere. It’s such a vibe restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Parking was easy and free and the employees were fantastic. Prices were very fitting.

I love Blaze Daytona Beach! I have a very restricted diet and I have to be vegan and gluten free. I’m so happy they have gluten free vegan pizza crust / vegan cheese! It’s delicious and they have so many good toppings and sauces to add to the pizza. Everyone works really hard there, and it’s good service. Sometimes I feel bad because of my allergen because it requires extra glove changes and such to the preparation, but I appreciate the employees very much and try to tip accordingly as well.

Most of the crew tonight wanted to be very slow and not caring about getting orders done. I went when it wasn’t busy. Some of the crew was all up on each other. Then they wanted to give a free pizza to a T-Mobile worker just cause they knew each other

The food was great but service was lacking. I guess they did their jobs but the days of answering a customer when they ask how you are doing are gone.

This store always has friendly employees. And a nice clean store. I love the pizza and topping selections. And I always ask for well done pizza to give it that extra crisp. Great fast pizza for busy lives.

Pizza restaurants lack drivers anymore because they hide behind Door Dash, had an order delivered it was wrong and cold as can be, no restaurant should hold accountable a third party driver for their food discrepancies when the restaurant chooses to hire 3rd party drivers. They make your food cold and taste like crap
