Most of the crew tonight wanted to be very slow and not caring about getting orders done. I went when it wasn’t busy. Some of the crew was all up on each other. Then they wanted to give a free pizza to a T-Mobile worker just cause they knew each other

The food was great but service was lacking. I guess they did their jobs but the days of answering a customer when they ask how you are doing are gone.

This store always has friendly employees. And a nice clean store. I love the pizza and topping selections. And I always ask for well done pizza to give it that extra crisp. Great fast pizza for busy lives.

Pizza restaurants lack drivers anymore because they hide behind Door Dash, had an order delivered it was wrong and cold as can be, no restaurant should hold accountable a third party driver for their food discrepancies when the restaurant chooses to hire 3rd party drivers. They make your food cold and taste like crap

I've been there 3 times. The first time was great. Food was great and people were friendly. Last 2 times was not enjoyable at all. Food was mediocre, and people were unfriendly. Only Omar and Zuzu were smiling and friendly and helpful.

This review is not about Blaze Pizza but about who they use for delivery service. DoorDash!!. Warning DoorDash doesn’t hand pizza to you or ring your doorbell. DoorDash driver told me that’s what DoorDash does drop and dash. Your pizza will be cold and dropped on the driveway not even at the door and the last 3 times pizza was cold. If you order online I suggest going and getting it or forget it. Until they go away from DoorDash for delivery I will pass using them for gatherings at my home. Pain to also get refunded Blaze says contact DoorDash DoorDash says refund will come from Blaze.

I had a terrible experience on Monday with the cashier. She was extremely disrespectful and rude the entire time when paying for my order with gift cards. I come to this Blaze Pizza location all of the time and I've never run into an employee like this or had a bad meal. This was completely uncalled for. I will not come back if this happens again.

This is the worst... I don't have a car and the only Blaze near me is not easily accessible by public transit, so I order delivery from here and this is the 3rd time they REALLY did a bad AND incorrect job at my order. (We bought 3 pizzas and all had a cutting issue or cheese issue, but I am just showing my pizza as it was the worst. See photos for info. I paid for the gluten free crust, for bbq sauce with shredded mozzarella and fresh mozzarella and received what u see in pics. It was a burnt, improperly cut pizza with no bbq, no shredded cheese, almost no moz and toppings thrown all over with some wrong ones not ordered like the sausage and I ordered the spicy honey drizzle and that is the only "sauce" there is on the pizza. This is NOT how this shop used to be, they would have NEVER sent out such a "pizza"... I'm extremely upset because the delivery app of course only gave us $3 back for three ruined pizzas.... So I am leaving this review and plan to talk to management at this store. I'm soooóoo tired of this happening with food places or grocery delivery orders, where they give bad food or missed items or expired things etc. I WISH I had a car or public transit was suitable to use to get things but I don't yet and it's really shitty this is the service on all fronts u receive. (From production to delivery). I know mgnt used to ensure this wouldn't happen at this Blaze location(back when I had a car to dine in) , so WHY am I receiving such awful food nowadays (now that I have to get it delivered)??
