We enjoy Blue Flame and have made it a regular dinner spot. The servers are great, but not all of the service is consistent (we needed to ask for drinks to be remade and waited a bit for bread service). The team seems to care and always follows-up. The food is very good and plentiful. Last night was the first time we tried any desserts (shared them); and they were also excellent. We will be back!

Fabian makes the best espresso martinis in town!!!! 10/10 recommend 👌

I did not expect the static displays throughout the restaurant. They added to the atmosphere! The Maine dishes we had were the Clam Linguini, Grilled Swordfish, and the Clam with Octopus soup! All the dishes were prepared perfectly. The Octopus was very tender!!!!

The waitress, Kim, was wonderful but everything else left more to be desired. The restaurant was empty except one other table. My husband who has a medical condition that causes him to avoid meat ordered a vegetarian nacho and it came covered in chicken. Also, he was very disappointed how soggy everything was. He had to eat them with a fork. The cars are cool but we probably would have gone somewhere else knowing what we know now.

Aesthetic and unique spot inside a nice hotel with a great location. The atmosphere has a racing theme with cars on display that add to the theme. The views from the restaurant are nice. Food was pretty good overall, and the prices felt fair for the setting. The menu is somewhat limited, especially if you’re looking for steak (only a small filet was available). I actually ordered off the lunch menu during dinner after asking our waitress if that was an option, otherwise we might have left. If you’re into drinking, there’s a ton to select from. Drinking is far more prioritized here. Service was solid. Kim, our waitress, was attentive, helpful, and personable, even while handling several tables at once. Overall, I’d recommend giving it a try if you’re in the area, especially if you appreciate the racing theme and want a spot with good service and nice views.

I had an amazing time at this hotel bar not because of the food (honestly, that could use some serious work), but because of the incredible service from Shea and Fabian. They went above and beyond every time I came in, making me feel welcome and taking care of everything with such great energy and professionalism. Honestly, Shea and Fabian were the only reason I kept coming back. If the kitchen ever matches the level of service these two provide, this place would be unbeatable.

I t was amazing how tasty the moonshine drinks were. They were prepared very nicely with the food also. Definitely would do this again.

Arrived with wife at 3pm for lunch. There was not any sign with the name of the restaurant around the parking lot. By pure luck a security person guided us to a second floor . Restaurant was absolutely EMPTY. That was a strange signal, specially on Friday. Beautiful decoration . We read the menu, somehow expensive. Lack of ambience, no music, no people, so we left!

It was very unique to see the Daytona International Speedway from our spacious booth. The food was good and our server was sweet as pie and very efficient. We have been there three times and enjoyed it. We will be back!

This little gem is tucked away inside the beautiful Daytona hotel just off the lobby. Everyone was beyond nice, including our waiter Price. Dining with historic race cars while overlooking the famous Daytona track was such a cool experience. The food was exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling. The homemade bread is the perfect starter. We both had salads, and each was delicious. It's a perfect spot right next to the track. I wish they had a restaurant like this in Sebring!

Waitress was rude. Waited 15 minutes just to be asked what I wanted to drink before another 20 minutes passed and I finally had my drink and and other 20 minutes before I ordered. Horrible service and terrible prices. I would not come here if you are visiting. Menu was EXTREMELY small and did not have many options.

We worked late, until 8.30 we were close by this place do we have it a try. Worst service I've ever seen. They completely ignored us. We were starving and after 30 minutes there we knew we were not getting any food. The bar waiter even apologized because the waitress totally ignored us. I m so disappointed that this is the first time I write a review and I have not even left the place yet. My husband went to cash out 10 minutes, so I'm still waiting to get the hell out of here and go someplace to eat!!!
