We made reservations for lunch on Valentine's Day back in December 2025. We looked over the menu and found a few options we were interested to try that was on the lunch menu. When we arrived for the reservation we were seated right away but they did not offer the regular menu this day. They had a tiny paper menu offering very little options (a couple appetizers, and handful of entrees and a couple desserts) which was disappointing to say the very least since previewing the menu is something most people do before making reservations. Personally if someone makes reaervations months in advance they should had reached out to let them know it would be a limited menu. Instead of leaving we decided to make the best of it. We ordered the gator bites which were larger than most places and they were tough to chew. We both got the burger which was cooked to perfection (med rare and med) and he got the moonshine flight of 4 and I got the Trackside which was pretty good.
We'll probably try again when it isn't a holiday so we can experience the full menu.

We love dining at the Blue Flame. Always an interesting menu and service is top notch. Price was our waiter for the night and he made sure we had an excellent Valentine's dinner. Looking forward to going back again soon.

We went for a birthday dinner, during happy hour the day after the Daytona 500. Price was our server and he was beyond fantastic.. We ordered several of the appetizers and a few pizzas on their cauliflower crust. The cauliflower crust is a must try! The ambience is fantastic inside and outside.

The food and atmosphere was great, service took quite awhile and there was only two of us. Granted, it was extremely busy due to race weekend, however, we were seated and moved to a different table within first 5 minutes of initial seating. It then took another 25 minutes before we were asked what beverages we'd like.

Very poor service, only one person serving and I waited for over an hour. This is definitely a place I wouldn't recommend or return to.

Everything was excellent! We had the Burger, which was made of high quality beef, juicy and delicious. The bun was homemade and exceptional. The Fries were crispy and good. My wife ordered the sweet potato tots, which she really enjoyed. They weren't tater tots, but were actually plugs of sweet potatoes and then fried. Excellent, if you like sweet potatoes. Our waitress was very personable and fun. We were there on a rainy, cold, Sunday afternoon. But, they had a singer/guitarist for the Brunch crowd. He was phenomenal! We will definitely be back.

This was my family's first time visiting and, though my reservation showed this was for an anniversary, the best word to describe the experience is "underwhelmed". We decided to sit outside because the inside was completely empty except the bar and the air and view was nice. Our server was nice but everything we ordered was at least a 15 - 20 minute wait except the drinks (non-alcoholic). We were first promised bread and that did not show up ever (we had to ask a third time for it on our way out). Next our appetizer wings had to be sent back and more cooked (We asked for well done and got barely done). My wife had a nice salmon dish, my son had a delicious swordfish (though it was quite a small portion for the price) and I went with the short ribs that wound up going back because it was a bone with a bunch of jiggly fat. Our server did at least keep apologizing but also kept explaining it was busy (though every seat inside except the bar was empty). The manager was understanding in the end so that saved this from being a completely poor experience overall to be fair.

My husband and I stopped for the night on our drive south and were pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the hotel and the restaurant, Blue Flame. It was New Year's Eve and it was moderately busy. Despite that, the service was great. Warm, friendly and helpful with helping me with my order and my diet restrictions. The chef even mixed up my own salad dressing to accommodate my seed oil sensitivity. I've never had a restaurant offer to do that for me and I was very touched by the act of kindness and understanding.

Over 10 minutes just so someone would come to the table to know what we would have to drink... 20 more minutes to ask about the food, and more than 45 minutes for the food to arrive at the table, and only after my husband went to complain about the delay. The food was delicious, but I'm NEVER going back there because of the lack of good service.

We were looking forward to our Christmas Day reservation. First, host at front not friendly waited over ten minutes at table before anyone even acknowledged us Our waitress was awful. I have waitressed and am a big tipper if good but this experience was sad. We know it’s hard to work on Christmas There was no Christmas decorations or spirit. our bisque was cold, entrees good but we left wishing we had never picked this place to celebrate our holiday with our out of town guests

First of all the service was absolutely atrocious. Granted, it was Christmas Day, and I'm sure some people resent having to work. Sorry, that is not my problem. We had a reservation and arrived early, so I understand table not being available. We went to the bar, not a problem....probably should have just eaten there because the service was good at the bar. So, was able to see the dining room emptying and about 45 minutes after our reservation time went back to the receptionist (who had said she would notify us as soon as table available). After seeing table after table become available I returned to ask the receptionist where things stood...no problem, now seated. Once seated after about 30 minutes of server after server walking past we went to the service desk (which was almost directly in front of us) where the wait staff was congregated and after about 5 minutes had someone take our drink order which came up quickly and she said she would be back to get our food order. After another 20 minutes we ordered. It was a fixed price menu of $65 per plate. No bread, they were out of the soup. I had the filet, it was an excellent cut of beef which would have been wonderful were it served hot. Given that it took about 45 minutes to get the food I assume it sat for sometime, hence the coldness. The only reason I gave the service any stars is because the busser seemed to at least be working and kept the water glass full. I will not go back...too bad, it's a lovely space, and the bar is nice (I may go back for that). I'm afraid any return to the restaurant would only remind me of the terribly high price paid to be ignored over cold food...no thanks. I think the local Wawa was serving on Christmas and would have been a far better choice.

Had to switch waiters. We weren't greeted. The hostess totally forgot about us. Our drinks took over a hour to get to us.the only thing that saved the night was our new waiter Price, he was wonderful. I wouldn't recommend blue flame.

Outstanding first time visiting here. Low key vibe, excellent service by Price in particular. Short ribs were rich in flavor and the house made clam chowder was a pleasant surprise.
