Worst management

After I finally found it and the app says that it is open. There's a sign on the door. It says it is closed for the summer so don't waste your time

This place used to be okay… but I come in one morning and LITERALLY EVERYTHING is either out or made poorly. There was no chocolate milk, barely any regular milk. The best food on my plate was the waffle that I made by myself (barely had enough batter to even make the waffle. The rest of the food was absolute trash. Eggs and sausage tasted terrible, potatoes weren’t seasoned and there was no gravy for the biscuit. The students at this school pay far too much for their meal plans to wake up and come to breakfast to this.

Students loathe this place, and there’s a good reason: the food outright sucks. Beyond that, crowd control
In the evenings is poor, so be prepared to wait 30 minutes for medium rare grilled chicken. Lunch is usually serviceable, but only because they intentionally serve higher quality items when faculty is most likely to dine. Note that 1-2 times a month Sodexo does vent hood cleaning until 2 am, keeping students who live in New Res 2 wide awake for most of the night. Per Sodexo, these timeframes are scheduled by district manager Torrie Smith with no regard to those who live in the residence hall housing this dining facility. Full time students are second class citizens at Boundless.

Staff ranges from extremely warm, friendly, and hardworking to rude and nasty, but these individuals are far from the root of the problem. To fix this embarrassing excuse for dining on campus, Riddle really needs to think about restructuring the folks managing Sodexo on campus, because what is available to paying students is far below par.

Good food just have to go from 12:00-200 and then 4:00 -6:00 to get it all from 2-4 and 6-close food is limited

I have come here while visiting relatives and I typically haven't had issues. However, today I had a less positive experience. While I was ordering my sandwich, I noticed that the woman at the sandwich station did not change her gloves after each order. This seems like a major issue for food safety, especially for people with allergies.

As an aside, it looks like the portions have gotten much smaller.

Love this place, the staff are very kind and the food keeps me on my feet. Great restaurant, great service.

I’m a local and have been coming here for years and I have to say - last night was terrible. Food lost all flavor - everything seemed thrown together. I understand it was busy, but wow, very underwhelming. This restaurant a couple years ago was very good but has gone downhill considerably since. Id recommend going somewhere else

This is a college campus buffet. There was 5 different food stations and food was awesome. Little hard to find, but we just asked some students walking by. $12.99 per person, all you can eat and drink.

Added a service charge to the bill. Didn't realize it at the moment when paying. 14 bucks added. We will never ever again eat here nor will the 2 other people who were with us. You don't add a service charge to customers who drive to your restaurant and order food. That is a Rip off!
