Bubba gumps was ok as far as the wait time for food. Ordered the seafood shrimp boil was a little disappointed in the size of the crabs. They were very small in size. The corn was not cooked all the way. Compared to other seafood boil bubba gumps portion was small for the price$. Normally seafood boil come with eggs ask one of the servers and they gave me answer they don’t provide that with their seafood. The sausage was not good seems it didn’t have any seasoning.

My friends and I came in after a long day on the beach , the booths were half full and tables empty. After 5 minutes of waiting for a table we still tried to practice our patience but then another table got sat and greeted almost immediately.My issue with this is my table felt we were neglected because of the color of our skin, majority of the table was African American and as soon as a Caucasian table sat down they were given service. I am white myself and this isn’t the first time this has happened and it’s very unfortunate.We manage a restaurant back home so this is extremely unacceptable and should never be tolerated at any business. Do better.

The service was horrible ! Took over a hour to get our food and there was not many people in the restraunt . Our waiter was very chatty with his co workers most of the time and did not ask if we needed refills or how the food was nothing. The food was 3/10 in taste. We got the stuffed shrimp and it tasted horrible compared to the other times that we ordered the same entree . Also we ordered the new Orleans shrimp and it also tasted very different then the past few times we got it . Taste and texture were very off. Took over 20 minutes to get our check i had to ask 3 times for it . We are Landrys members and this was our 2nd time ever having such a bad experience at any landrys owned location .

We have eaten here multiple times when we're in the area. Previously, it was always wonderful. It's walking distance from local hotels at Ocean Walk, so the location is super convenient. Unfortunately, from the moment our party of 5 arrived...to walking out...we encountered issue after issue. Immediately after arriving and being seated at an inside booth, we realized the A/C must not be working. We asked if we can instead sit outside due to the heat and were seated outside instead. Our waiter approached and stood very close to us spitting while speaking. He also continually had saliva sitting on the corners of his mouth. We ordered drinks and meals assuming the initial spitting was a fluke issue. He brought regular drinks and spit on us again. 20 minutes later he brought our expresso martinis and spit on us again. My half full glass was extremely dirty inside and out including someone's lip prints. My sister's martini was half full and very dirty inside and out, as well. We looked at the waiter and noticed he was spitting on customers at another table. We got up and left for the first time in our lives. My husband explained the issues to the manager and offered to pay for the drinks received except for the martinis. He understood, apologized, and didn't require us to pay. We did appreciate that and hope that they remedy the issues as it used to be a wonderful place to dine.

The food was very underwhelming. We have been wanting to try bubba Gump for a while and haven't had the opportunity and we finally did. Unfortunately It was not what we were expecting at all. My fish feast or whatever was so greasy that the fish wasn't even crispy my fiance got the shrimp scampi and the sauce was like water it was so loose our son got the stuffed shrimp which he said wasn't bad but not what he was expecting we all agreed we won't go to bubba Gump again. You would think for the price you are paying they would have better quality.

We have come here at least once a year for the past 20 years. We have always loved it, but we brought out of town family here earlier this week and received absolutely horrible service, the food was less than mediocre especially for the prices, and to top it off my fiancé got horrendous food poisoning from the fish and chips. I even thought to myself while eating that someone was going to get sick off this food and sure enough. Majorly disappointing.

We have been coming to this place for years. This year prices were higher. They were out of ice cream. Which was in all desserts but cheesecake and key lime, and my kid did not like those chioces.The lobster rolls were good, but it was on bread as small as 2 hot dog buns for 23, shrimp erst heaven smaller 24, calamari okay very greasy. Waters for both 75 dollars plus tip for a kid and adult w another kid Mac n chees to go as well.

Only thing good about this location is the atmosphere! My first time here and I’ll never return! Good looks good but tasted horrible, small portions for high prices. Waiters know how to make a sale because I was sold.. sold to the point where my meal was more than I was told it would be. Food was over priced. No flavor, bitter tasting fish and fry’s. Customer service sucked. Cynthia quoted a price and charged another. Manager was rude when we wanted to talk about the service. Potatoes and sausage on the crab boil under cooked, potatoes hard as a rock. Broccoli not even steamed and was cold. My sister vomitted up the food in there bathroom. Last year we went to Boloxi and it was terrific! Don’t know what they are doing here in Daytona ????

This is the worst Shrimp New Orleans I've ever had! My rice tasted scorched. I out the sauce on it and the sauce had a funny taste. My shrimp tasted dried out and just weird. Can't even describe the taste. I also got what was supposed to be Cajun shrimp. It was nasty and dry. No Cajun whatsoever. I wasted 44.00. I could not eat it. I called to request to bring it back and get a refund but they never answered the phone. Didn't want to waste another dime for parking. It pains me to leave this review as this is my favorite place to eat out when we visit. This was so disappointing! The only good thing about this order was the bartender. Dsis it would be ready at 5:15 I arrived at 5:10 so I have no idea what the issue was with the taste. I literally gaged trying to eat it. ?
