Buffalo Wild Wings

The hostess was rude when we arrived. Told us good look finding a place at the bar. Several seats at the bar. It was dirty and disgusting. Bathrooms were nasty. Several tables weee not cleaned off. The bar tender was nice and helpful and seemed to be the only one working. Food was cold. The restaurant was freezing inside. The nastiest and worse Buffalo Wild Wings we have ever been to. Would never go back.

Let me start by saying that I am a senior citizen widow. To me, it's relevant, to others maybe not. After work today, I went in alone to grab some lunch and also make a to-go order since I am off work tomorrow. The young hostess asked how many I said one. She asked if I wanted to sit at the bar. I said no thank you. Going out by myself to eat is difficult enough, without sitting at a bar as well. In my age range, you don't sit at a bar alone. The hostess rolled her eyes, walked me to a table, right by the bar, and put the menu on the table and walked off. Clearly she was annoyed. I can only assume at me. After 10 minutes, a server came to me and asked for my drink order. I did get my glass of tea and she did not come back. I did see her working at the bar. I think she was alone there, but not sure. She was busy. After an additional 15 minutes and she did not come back to the table to take my order, she was focused on her bar patrons. I put more than enough money down for the tea/tip and left. You were busy, but at 2:30 not bad. The hostess rolling her eyes so that I was able to see it, kind of set things off on a bad foot. So my suggestion to all is make sure you come with at least one other person and to tell that hostess that maybe she needs to fix her face, because that face said everything I needed to know. But what they needed to know was that although I was there as a single person, I more than likely would have spent roughly $60, and am a good tipper. So maybe not enough to make a difference to you, but it would have been a big difference to a smaller non-corporate place.

I came in to the Buffalo Wild Wings location on International Speedway on 09/06/2025 with my family for a birthday dinner and I was not overly enthused with this location.

Me and my family enjoy b-dubs quite a bit and we eat here somewhat frequently, especially for birthdays. We have been to many different locations across several states and this one was not great but not horrible.

First of all, the floor at our booth was filthy. Not a big deal but still kinda gross.

Then when my mother received her wings, they must have been sauced with cold sauce because her wings were not hot.

Our server was the saving grace of the meal. Her name was Olivia and she was working very hard trying to handle all the tables she was getting slammed with. She admitted to us that this was her first day at this location and I do not fault her at all for our sub par experience. She was great and doing her best.

I actually felt really bad for our server because she was getting slammed with tables while the managers were just standing around by the soda machine talking and chatting.

I even witnessed a slightly taller blonde lady who I assume to be a manager go from the pop machine to a booth and sit down with them (I assume her friends or people she knows) and start chatting and messing around while Olivia and another gentleman were trying to get caught up.

Overall, I believe this location could benefit from stronger managers with better work ethics, better training and support for the servers, controlling the temperatures of the sauces better, among other things.

I am quite disappointed in our experience as we do love bdubs lots and the fact this was a birthday dinner. The food was good though besides my mom’s wings which were rather cold from the cold sauce. And our server was great. This is why I say it wasn’t horrible.

Came in to buy a meal for the hospital nearby. I love the value & the food was great. Everyone enjoyed Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch!! Thank you so much for all your help Ashley Thomas. I will be returning to this location when looking to cater again.

Over priced the food has gone down hill massively and the staff is far from attentive but it was disability friendly service dog friendly nice environment and clean!

The restaurant had an unpleasant odor. Like grease, or old oil, very bad. We were moved to the patio, Thanks to Frankie, he was great! We ate at the bar were We couldn't smell that horrible odor again. Food was good! Again Fankie is amazing, happy, and getting us in the Halloween vibe with his simple amazing costume. We had fun tonight but it was very unpleasant at the dining room wirh that smell. Management, you need to fix that.

The food received was smoosh and the consistency of cat food. The taste was horrible. The rest room smelled like wet socks and nasty. The tables seemed like they have not been properly sanitized. It’s time for a deep clean.

If i could give this place negative stars i would. I ordered for my daughter & I around 10pm in togo. 12 wings & 2 sides took about 45 minutes AFTER arriving at the restaurant. Once we got our food an hour after placing the order, everything was wrong. First of all the restaurant smelt like a mix between a cow, throw up and expired food, I had to go wait in my car because of the foul smell. My daughter is allergic to a certain sauce so i put it on the side, wings are completely covered and sauce isn’t on the side. Our coleslaw was completely dry, no dressing and looked like something i could pick up on the streets of Daytona. And the kicker on top, i go to eat a wing, and feel something SHARP IN MY MOUTH!!!!!!! They left a huge piece of plastic in my order. Food mistakes i can understand, a choking hazard mixed in with my wings is a fatal mistake. Thank goodness i noticed and it wasn’t my daughters food, a complete health hazard. Health department 100% needs to check in here more. Shame on the management and on the employees.

You can't beat buffalo wild wings for Sunday NFL games. Plenty of TV's. Good food and beer selection.

I ordered 20 wings from Buffalo Wild Wings, and the quality was very disappointing. The chicken was extremely dry, over-fried, and hard to chew. Some pieces were so bad I couldn’t even eat them and had to throw them away. For the price I paid, I expected fresh, tender wings, but instead, they were tough and unpleasant.

I’ve attached photos showing the condition of the wings I received. I really hope the restaurant can improve their food quality and cooking standards this was not acceptable.

The food and drinks were good, exactly what you want when you go to a wing place. The place was rather dead despite it being mid day on a Sunday during Biketoberfest. Despite the meal being good the server was rather rude, and clearly in a bad mood. She rushed us to order and didn’t give us proper time to even look at the menu before attempting to order, (despite it being dead) and was quite annoyed when some of the people I ate with had some questions.

Sunday football sucked, half of the TVs are broken or off, this place is not the same for 2025 football season. Plus it was dead, I don't blame people for not going there anymore, disappointed 😔

Had great service today. Walked in and ordered 100 wings to go for a party and the order came out faster than we could drink our beers at the bar. The cashier was very friendly, helpful and suggested some great flavors. Considering how expense wings can be, the amount of flavors they let you do with an order like that is really convenient and they even honored a coupon I had in my App. Appreciated the nice and super quick service today.

I used to avoid BWW due to being a chain. But with some places wanting $18-20 a dozen of wings I decided to grab BWW 20 wings and fries for $20. It is a fair dea, I get it often. Wings have been fresh and cooked well. BWW does have some good sauces.
