My food was made early, which I appreciate. But when I got there I had to wait 5min for anyone to talk to me, then had to wait another 5min for someone to get me the food that was right behind the counter. I told them my name and they still wouldn’t give it to me even though I literally saw it. Then the food didn’t even have the ranch I ordered online; had to go back and ask for that too. Now I got cold food.

I would give it a zero if I could took like 10- 15 min to get seated the place was empty there were like 3 tables total the server was so slow guy with longish hair and beard food was ok only checked once restaurant wasn't presentable at all dirty tables dirty floors then took forever to bring back change just horrible wouldn't recommend to anyone stay away from this place

My husband and I have been here three times since we moved her six years ago. Every experience is worse than the last. The tipping point was waiting thirty minutes for Togo wedges and pretzels at the bar. We have both worked for this company in the past in another state, my husband being a general manager at one point. This restaurant has gone beyond downhill and it’s embarrassing to have this restaurant in our neighborhood. Also, after getting home with our Togo order we were missing a few items. There was like five customers in the restaurant, so I don’t know what they even do there. How is this place still in business?

To start, our waitress Kristie was terrible. She never brought silverware. Then we ordered drinks and waited 15 minutes for them to be brought to us because she was on her phone and didn’t place the order. She then forgot to ask about an appetizer then brought it out with the entree. She rarely asked if we needed refills as we’d go 15 minutes without a drink. The food was cold in the appetizer and she forget to get the appropriate sauces. We had no napkins and had to get our own at the bar. Food wasnt bad for being cold. I wouldn’t recommend this place specifically because Kristie sucks.

I buy on Tuesday the speacial pay for 30 wings I just get 20 ? I was home when I call to let them know they was very disrespectful ? I drive back and the server was very uneducated person bad bad service they should have training is no me be responsable here??

Hours are marked both online and on their front doors. We arrived at 12:20 and were told we had to order in the next five minutes because their kitchen was closing. I get it. I work in the industry and late people suck but don’t post your hours as 1am if your kitchen closes at 12:30.

When did Buffalo Wild Wings get so expensive? I guess $100 for 2 is just the new norm unfortunately. The food was pretty decent as usual. The beer selection was good with a few different choices of bottles and drafts. The service was good and we never felt abandoned or wanting for anything. The atmosphere is a bit dark and giant open concept which works okay for this concept.Parking: Large convenient parking lot.
