Took 10 mins just to order the food. Was in the drive thru, and the girl kept repeating what we said but would not repeat it right. Was out of what we wanted. Onion rings were very salty. After we paid, the girl asked us to pull up but not to the windows. Cause they wanted to cheat the windows timer. 30 mins from the time we pulled up to order til we left. Lot was trashed.

Definitely an approve service and quality food. Rachel in drive thru was awesome too!!! Helped me with my decision and was very patient…. She said she liked the Swiss melt better but idk the classic melt is 🔥 too lol ijs Thank you Rachel!!!
Waited 20 minutes to order at drive thru just to order and no cars in front of us. Then they took our order and told us not to pull up to next window yo wait half way in between only 2 employees waited 20 minutes for food

I was greeted by a very welcoming manager named Rachel who assisted my friend. He only speaks Spanish and she happened to be Spanish speaking which surprised me, her co worker he told me his name is TK was very nice and quick to answer any questions I had as I have not dined at a BK in almost 11 years. Next time I go back I’m going to try that patty melt. Thanks for the good food and not being an asshole like the usual bunch I get when I’m going to and from work and trying to get food quick and go. 10/10 would recommend

This place never changes. Every time I come here there’s always a 30 minute wait even though my order is a total of about 10$. There is never more then 2 people working at a time and the saddest part about the whole experience is that the employees know they’re slow and just don’t care. They make u pull to the second window to pay and then ask u to back up so their drive thru time isn’t appearing slow. WHO IS THE MANAGER AND WHY ARE THEY LETTING THIS HAPPEN? I’m never one to complain but this place struck a cord tonight.

Tried posting without a star but it wouldn't let me! We were vacationing in the area and went thru the drive through for an ice cream. Service was awful!! We sat in line for at least 20mins before we could actually place our order then we sat another 15 mins waiting to move forward. Finally I went up to the car in the front of the line and asked them why they had not moved up to the window and they said that the person at the window told them not to pull up past the "red pole" that was there! Long story short they pulled up and got their food and we were able to pull up to the window. The person at the window then told us that they tell people not to pull up to the window until their food is ready because when people sit at the window it is timed and makes them look bad to their main office!! Ridiculous!!!
