⭐️ 1-Star Review: Worst Burger King Experience Ever

If you want to experience fast food fraud in real time, pull up to this Burger King. They take your money at the first window with a smile, then hit you with the classic “Can you pull up and park? We’ll bring it right out.”
Right out? Where? Into the growing graveyard of cars sitting in the lot waiting for food that should’ve been ready 10 minutes ago.

As I write this, I count FOUR cars parked and waiting—not including mine. This isn’t a coincidence; it’s a system. They’re playing games to make it look like they’re meeting corporate time standards when the reality is the exact opposite.

If you’re going to charge me before giving me anything, the least you can do is serve the food without turning the parking lot into a holding pen. This location needs new management, new training, or maybe just a reality check, because whatever they’re doing right now is a joke.

Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. At least there, you might get your food before your patience expires.

Y’all dead wrong for having that girl working the whole store by her self, and what’s even worse for the fact of her being alone is for once the food was hot, fresh and my order was perfect. She took my order, made my whole order (which was 6 sandwiches & like 4 fries) and cashed me out at the window, all with a smile, that girl deserves a raise or needs to be promoted or something, she did an outstanding job. Great employee.

Waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru while they made the order for the car two cars ahead of me. Finally got them their food. Immediately handed the car in front of me their order, then told me to pull into a parking space to wait for my single burger for another 5 minutes.
WHY DIDN'T YOU MAKE THE FIRST CAR PULL UP INSTEAD OF HOLDING UP THE WHOLE LINE???
Then they got my order wrong.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My coworkers and I have gone to this location a couple times attempting to give them another chance. Every time has been worse than the last. From getting our food wrong, making a racist comment under their breaths and now today they refused to answer the drive through speaker. We watched multiple customers pull up to the speaker, wait, attempt to get someone and then leave with nothing. Some even tried to get the attention of workers inside the window and were ignored. When we pulled up we could hear them on the speaker giggling but they never greeted us or anything. We also left with no food. We are driving to the location on International Speedway in hopes of better service and food. We will never give this location a chance again. I’m sure even this review will be ignored. Employers who allow this behavior won’t care about reviews or fix the problem. Clearly this is a longtime ongoing issue. Very sad…

One thing I don't see often these days is good customer service. I've been to this location twice and they've not only been extremely nice to me, they've also gone above and beyond to fix any mistake they've made. I don't leave reviews often, but they deserve it! Thank you!

If I could I would give a zero star for this location always pushing services time 45 mins to wait for a kids meal, other vechile have been waiting same time. The lady at the second window was rude she never want anyone to pull up to the next window so trigger times ain’t going off and getting in trouble from corp this places needs new trains asap before everyone leaves this dump to go to better one, ridiculous people here

Sooo slow I guess they were having issues with their POS system. The lady that brought our food out though was hilarious so it made it tolerable at the end. Goes to show a good person can make the difference I wish I caught her name to give a shout out!
