The guy working at the window taking orders for the drive thru is terrible. He kept forgetting our order and we had to keep going over it again and again. He was terrible. The date of my visit is February 13, 2025. Time was 1:25 pm. That guy scheduled to work this shift was terrible . Please train him better.

Staff is super friendly, but food was not up to par. My Mushroom and Swiss Melt was not toasted...it was on 2 plain pieces of bread and had only 4 pieces of mushroom on it.

Rude unfriendly staff. I feel bad because 1st there was only 1 person and the 2nd time I came back there was finally 2 people working. Slow and rude service They need to understand Delivery drivers get paid by the delivery not the hour like they do. They need to he checking their screens for delivery orders. They are not busy they should be making the oder this store is hardly ever busy just lazy employees who don't want to work. Telle they don't get paid enough well maybe if you worked you get paid more. How is fast food waiting almost 15 minutes past a pickup time a real restaurant is faster then this place

Worst location. Here, a few times service is always horrible. Just had a mobile order. Waited at the speaker for 5 minutes. Got pulled to a parking space. I've been sitting for 10 minutes. Will never come back.

Longest time ever to get "fast" food. Nobody at the cash register, the first long wait. Two other people waiting behind me. I was ordering only for a disabled person with me. Finally a cashier appeared. I ordered & was given an empty cup for the soda fountain. Four employees seen behind the counter, so shouldn't take long for "the home of the Whopper" to serve up a Whopper and fries. But another wait. Finally, cashier appeared again to take the next person's order & I asked "is the Whopper & fries ready?" He said, "No, you all just..." & waved his hand dismissively, then took next customer's order. When our order was ready, he tossed the bag on the counter, saying nothing . Worst fast food service ever. And I've seen a lot.

Food was not up to par order fries and got onion rings is so ridiculous when you pay for something and they feel like you don’t deserve what you pay for , these fast foods chains are ridiculously overpriced and they are so expensive too to not get what we pay for and not fresh either fries hard over cooked if I could give you a 0 I would

Asked for a burger with cheese and bacon, no tomato no onion got my burger and they charge me for the bacon and cheese, but no bacon or cheese on the sandwich and I had that pieces of tomatoes and multiple rings of onions on my burger so no at least up charge and get a product right don’t just upcharge me without my food
The establishment Has Expressed Improvement From my last review. The dining area looks much better, and the food quality served is much better.

I like B. King. In Tampa homeless people find warmth and love in B. Kings. I decided that I would not eat anymore fast food but I didn't say I wouldn't stop in for a large soda. I like this stop very quiet I can catch up on my emails, and Jungle Boys right next door. For me it's a double hit out left field!!
