We were visiting Daytona Beach on vacation and we stopped in for lunch, it wasn’t busy and the food was amazing! I ordered the triple meat(burger, chicken and pulled pork) and my husband ordered the birria burger, my kids had the kids burger and burger eggrolls. Everything came out perfect and tasted soooooooo good. I am only sad that they only have one location.
Went to the Daytona BurgerTen today and ordered my favorite, which took over 25 minutes to order and they were not busy. I ordered the phatty melt burger, it was made on plain white bread and cheese grilled on one side only and not toasted on the other when I was checking out I mentioned it and the server told the manager who then proceeded to come to the table to argue with me about how it is suppose to be made and how I have been getting it there since they opened. He told me I was wrong and that is how it is made. I did not ask for anything special just wanted her to know they made it wrong. I will not go back, and this was one of our favorite places to go in DB. Customer service and quality is out the window. The manager needs to google how to make a real phatty melt burger. I wish I could post the picture of it. Menu says this- Phatty Melt $12.99/+ Another classic made our way! American cheese, sweet & spicy red pepper relish, and our B10 Sauce, all squeezed into two cheese-encrusted toasts.
Great food, lots of options. It's a little pricey for a burger and fries, but everything is expensive these days.
Food was overpriced.
My boyfriend and I got the burger and milkshake (this was back in April, 2024). The burger was pretty 'eh' for the price we paid. The milkshake we received looked amazing, until we finished it in less than 5 minutes. There was not enough shake in the glass (we suspect it was half whip cream, half actual shake).
We've gotten better food at other places for cheaper.

Went for lunch with my husband and kids after a visit to Daytona. We had burgers, fries, hot dog, salad and wings. The Asian sweet wings were the best in my opinion. I thought the huge photos of milkshakes and sugar loaded drinks in the menu were distracting for my kids. Not sure if I would go back or not. My kids would for sure though.

Hope your staff figures out how to greet and serve customers with a bit more human connection and customer service. Highly recommend going anywhere else if you’re into things like being greeted at the door or receiving service of any kind once seated.
This is the worst burger ten I have ever went to I spent $127 of my money for take out order to be given the wrong order in less value called up to speak with a manager the most rudest person answer the phone sounds like he was having a bad day but not to worry the owner was there to and also was having a bad day treating the customers horrible also most like we don’t matter the him as customers not to mention the cooks handles the food with no gloves no wonder why this place is always empty please avoid this restaurant that haves dirty cooks don’t take pride always serves sloppy food OWNER DO BETTER DUDE YOUR HORRIBLE
EDIT* I appreciate your response also my lawyer will have a field day with it as well considering you are defaming my character by calling me a scammer when I have proof of purchase also I’m going to be getting in contact with B.B.B. so they can be aware of your practices as well. BTW it’s a crime to create a false report to the police I have everything recorded on my end so good luck trying to claim what you are claiming. Looking at your reviews I can see that I am not the first person you have done this to regarding the horrible customer service. This “family owned” restaurant needs to be shut down and closed for business. Lying never gets you anywhere and your whole response was a lie all based on the fact that you didn’t want to do what was right remember greed never wins.

The place was nice & the atmosphere was also nice. HOWEVER when you order from the kids menu it goes from 8.99 to 11.99 which was not noted by the waiter so you will feel up charged. Keep that in mind when coming here.

TERRIBLE service. Waited 30+ mins and was given complimentary soggy fries. According to the assistant manager they were "busy" despite it only being half full when we arrived
Great food

Be careful - ate there last night, from the fountain drinks not good to the cold food (should have been hot meals - 4). My main concern for myself, daughter and two granddaughters was food poisoning when so much was wrong. How long has the food been sitting, French fries for granddaughter was barely warm, as if sat under the warmer for a long time. Fortunately the way I travel, the kids were hungry after attending MAGIC OF LIGHTS, they were both hungry, I had all I needed to make PBJ sandwiches in the car. Hopefully none of us end up sick. Ate very little but paid the bill.

Soda didn’t taste right. Kids Mac and cheese was cold. Kids grilled cheese…didn’t look like grilled cheese. The bread was completely white, and the cheese was barely melted. The Mac and cheese topped with pulled pork, etc. was barely warm. The only decent item was the quesadilla. Is food being properly stored? It’s definitely not cooked to order.

My husband thought this place looked good and the photos of those giant onion rings convinced me to try it because I Love beer battered onion rings.
The plate came out and these things were huge and my mouth was watering. So when I picked one up and it was floppy, and then checked another, also floppy, asked my brother in law about his - floppy... I was so incredibly disappointed. One of the other reviews said it was like biting into a towel and I would say that was a fairly accurate description. The fact that others said they were crispy has me wishing I had sent them back and asked for a new batch.
My burger (the one with the egg on it) was tasty, but overpriced in my opinion. I was still hungry after eating it, some fries, and half of the onion rings (which was only 2) and normally a $14-$16 burger fills me up.
So if you don't mind slightly overpriced burgers, go for it. Just don't get your hopes up over the onion rings.

Had to send back the cheeseburger egg rolls twice because they came out lukewarm in the middle the first time and cold the second time. Music is very loud for no reason, even when the place is empty. The server we had seemed to care more about cold food coming out than the manager. 10/10 for the server though, he tried to solve everything that went wrong promptly. Beware they will charge you for everything, .50 for lettuce, .50 for tomato, .75 cent for raw onion, .50 for pickles. Burger was okay, onion rings had a very thick batter on them that made them greasy and pretty gross.
