Captain Pizza & Grill

We were on the road and just got settled in out hotel in Daytona Beach. Captain Pizza and Grill was close and open, so we ordered a spinach and mushroom pizza, and a Greek salad to go. First of all, the salad was lovely, so forget about that. I'm a bit of a pizza guy, so I can be a wee bit critical at times. This pizza had Zero sauce!! I was so confused. Not light sauce, no sauce at all. Dough, cheese(too much actually) and toppings was all we received! I did not order a white pizza! It was late. Did they run out of sauce and thought we wouldn't notice? We ate our silly pizza experiment and dreamt of rivers of red sauce!

This was the BEST stromboli I have had since my college days at West Point and Shades Pizza as a cadet! Awesome, will buy again when in town!

Will scam you!!! Do not go!!!
Went in 1/27/26 order a calzone, paid $19. Following day went back 1/28/26, (pregnancy craving) paid $21 for same order, same lady.

Total was same at first then she looked at me and “sorry up charge” but the order was the same…. Someone please explain??

Not halal meat, just don’t sell pork here so they say it’s “halal”

They offer great New York style pizza! The wings are good as well but a little pricey. Pizza PERFECT
