Carrabba's Italian Grill

Never had a bad experience with Carrabas menu until today. My husband ordered the soup,salad and small plate. I ordered the endless soup and salad. The mushroom soup I ordered was so salty I had to send it back for some type of soup. One spoonful and I had to send it back. My salad was ok until I reordered a second plate. The plate was nice and cold. That is how it is supposed to be presented to the guest. Unfortunately the lettuce was half frozen. I was told that Carrabas manager quit....definitely this place needs help now or they will loose their faithful clients.

Ordered Curbside pickup Online and have been very impressed! Ordered a Family Bundle with Marsala sauce on the side because my kids love the Tuscan chicken plain & everything was perfect!!

Well, my husband told me to pick what I wanted for Valentine’s Day. But I didn’t listen. I wanted to be adventurous and try this new chicken champagne sauce dish. Booooo!! Bland, unlike Carrabas tasty reputation. Andrew, our regular waiter would have exchanged it, but I didn’t want to wait, I just gave it to the dog.

Went there yesterday and was pleased with the appetizer and service.
However we got the bill and I noticed we paid $18.00 for a glass of Kim Crawford SB. Completely insane. Dont tell me about food cast or labor is the problem. I have worked in the beverage industry for over 30 years. You are robbing people. There is no reason to charge people for a glass of average wine that amount. BTW your cost on a bottle is probably $9.00.
This is one of the reason companies like yours go bust. I support more and more local restaurants because of issues like this. Better food and great prices. Give me and everyone else a break.
