Chamo's Place Daytona Beach

Great service and the chicken sandwich is a must try. I would have never thought pineapple slaw would be appetizing but it was absolutely great. It mixed with the flavors of the sandwich just right

We were staying in Daytona Beach for Vacation looking for authentic Mexican food and came acrossed this just walking and this is the best local/ authentic variety of country foods we’ve ever had. Even went back another day with the rest of our group from our vacation to try more. Sad to leave Daytona because of this place, Amazing environment, food and customer service. 12/10 will definitely return if we get the chance!

Omg! Wonderful place to eat. Excellent customer service. The food is out of this world, it remind me of warm and cozy family. Very flavorful food. I highly recommended.

The food here is very delicious, I order the super platter( sea and land menu) and everything was cooked to perfection. Also you can eat outside with a view at the ocean, very nice place will definitely come back to try other dishes.

Went for dinner here and had the shrimp and steak tacos with the calamari appetizer. Really liked the calamari and shrimp tacos. Steak tacos a little under seasoned but the salsa made up for it. Very chill spot.

Food was absolutely amazing and the staff was happy to work there. I would 1000% recommend coming here every time you’re in Daytona. Definitely one of my new favorite places and everything is made from scratch. I ordered the Chamo’s Steak and I could tell that it was made with love. That atmosphere was also enjoyable because I got to devour my meal overlooking the beach ? (literally steps from the beach). I’ll be back at least twice a week for my new addiction ?

Great food, great service, owner is very nice and friendly. We moved just down the block last year and stopped by just for the heck of it and immediately feel in love with the staff and the awesome food. Tacos are legit, grilled veggies is a must, and cold beer to wash it all down. Great for take out to walk just feet to the beach.

Camilas was out waitress she was amazing but the food quality was terrible. the 19$ plate with the steak comes with some beans and rice taste like canned beans and was terrible as well. the arepa was raw ! they sent another one that tasted terrible. we complained with the waitress about the food, and the manager/owner came with a really bad attitude, trying to assume that we didnt wanted to pay for the whole bill. so i accepted the discount on the bill, and decided to give an extra tip to this amazing waitress. the only good thing about this place was her. PERIOD!

My wife and I went to Daytona for our honeymoon and this is the first place we went on the night we got to town. The atmosphere was great and the staff was like family. The restaurant was very welcoming and the food made us want to come back for more. I travel a lot for work and have been to many different restaurants all over the country and the world and this is a place I would come back to night after night. Definitely worth a visit. The food and hospitality will surprise you.

Such an honor to be the first guests for my first time visit. Food is delicious, delicate, and presentable. My girlfriend and I had a good and peaceful time there to enjoy the food and the vibe. The owner was friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back again. What a blessed restaurant! May God bless and use this place to be the blessings of others!

We come to bike week every year and we found this gem of a restaurant. Very very good casual food and the staff/owners we’re wonderful!!!! This is their first year open so give them some love and try this place! You won’t be disappointed!!

Amazing !! If you're in the mood for Latin food & happen to be in Daytona, this is the place to stuff your belly. Awesome food, atmosphere, energy and most importantly the people. Super hospitable and great vibes.

I would go eat the steak pepito everyday if I could, I’ll come back to Daytona beach just for that sandwich and the amazing service. We shuffled in around 2pm and the family was treated like royalty, haven’t had a better experience from Atlanta to Miami. Fun to watch all the cars head onto the sand from the patio also :) don’t skip a visit here!
