This was our second visit to Chart House in the last month—and if that doesn’t say enough, let me make it clearer: this place is exceptional. Every dish we’ve had has been a knockout, and the only downside is that I always forget to take photos before diving in. That’s just how good the food is. We live our lives on the water, and with my husband also being a commercial fisherman, it’s not easy to impress us when it comes to seafood. But Chart House has no trouble making our mouths water. They absolutely nail it. We started with the crab cakes and coconut shrimp—both 5/5 and full of flavor. For dinner, the NY strip with mashed potatoes and horseradish sour cream was cooked to perfection, and the Key West grouper was melt-in-your-mouth good. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. The service is consistently top-tier. The male waitstaff has been phenomenal— attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Management is clearly involved and makes sure everything runs smoothly. You feel well taken care of from start to finish. Chart House has definitely earned its spot as one of our go-to restaurants. Highly recommend.
The positive: the food was delicious and the view is beautiful! Unfortunately, the service was incredibly poor and slow. We waited 30 mins after being seated for someone to finally come to our table to take our drink order. The restaurant was not busy at all but our waitress gave us the excuse that they “had to figure out between themselves who was the least busy to take our table.” Certainly not what we wanted to hear as we booked this reservation to celebrate a special occasion. Both my appetizer and main course came out incorrectly prepared. My husband ordered the “chart your course” menu and they forgot his dessert; we were instead presented with the check. They were kind enough to remedy the food mishaps but did not offer to take anything off our bill for all of the inconvenience. I would not recommend for a special occasion.
The food and service were on point. That said, I did sense some hesitation in the staff's body language,as if there was concern about whether I could pay, possibly because I'm Latina. It was subtle, but noticeable, and made the experience feel a bit uncomfortable despite the great meal. There was also repeated double-checking of my choices, especially when ordering more premium items, which added to that feeling.
Sole needed a better bed with more flavor. Way too bland. Very lovely presentation but brought 3/4 of the meal home to improve seasonings. Even the crab inside the flounder had no flavor. But my son had the ahi tuna and it was seasoned to perfection! And cooked perfectly. The lobster bisque was yummy - as always. Service was good.
Love everything about having dinner at the Chart House! Always a great experience & enjoy the atmosphere, delicious food & view...the servers do a great job also.
Good dining experience. I've been to a handful of Chart Houses and this was on par. Food lacked salt and pepper but that was an easy fix. Wine selection was good.
It would be helpful to have valet service. The driveway is too uneven to navigate for older people
Very disappointing ... overcrowded - slow service - detached waiter - prime rib overcooked tough and served cold - as Landrys's members with a reservation to celebrate we were seated on an aisle with constant traffic by waitstaff and no occasion was recognized by our addled slow waiter ... we'll stick to the bar for a while 🥲
The service was outstanding. The food was unbelievable. The view from restaurant was fantastic
We were met with professional and very friendly staff, the restaurant is spotless and beautiful. Our server was absolutely wonderful, she explained the menu in detail and made recommendations. Prime Rib cooked perfectly and the Maple glazed Salmon is a must per my Wife :) This is on our do often list and a 5 star rating. Thank you for the wonderful service and delicious dinner.

Absolutely beautiful! We arrived early and went down to the bar. Had excellent cocktail and shrimp appetizer. Then proceeded to dinner with a grand view of the marina and intracoastal. Service and food were amazing. The ricotta meatballs were delicious. The salad bar was great! We enjoyed the ambiance. Had a romantic celebration. Highly recommend.
All our meals were great. Had to have bisque reheated and it was still delicious. Prime rib was good but thick.
Service was very good and so were the drinks. Everything was reasonably priced for a nicer restaurant. The food was overcooked though. I had the shellfish bouillabaisse and it was way over cooked; the scallops and shrimp were rock hard over done. My fiancé had the prime rib and it was also overcooked and half was tough; she ordered medium rare. The drinks were very good and so was the lava cake dessert. I would go back but I would order something different and hopefully our experience with overcooking was not common.
Even thought we had a reservation we made to wait 10 minutes for an almost empty restaurant service was decent until we received out meal then the waiter ignored us. We had to ask the manager for a left over box, and had to remind the waiter that we pre ordered our desert, we had to track him down to get our bill which he through on the table. He went from a very happy waiter to a very rude waiter. We feel that it was because we ordered the early bird special. we expect more from a restaurant like this.
Everything was superb and our waiter was amazing! Definitely would recommend the chart house
