Everyone was so nice and the dinner / cocktails were so delicious. All while getting to watch the sun set ? Thank you, Paul our waiter for being so accommodating and kind.

Very slow and lousy service. Had my friends come here to have a birthday dinner and every step of the way was a problem. From drinks to dessert. Food is actually where they lack the most. Plates are late and not even delivered. Service is poor. Drinks come out every 15 -20 minutes, even a beer. I’ve been here before a couple years ago and it was good. But that has obviously changed. Just don’t come here if you ask me, they don’t care about you.

One of our favorite restaurants as we travel around the world & we were disappointed. Very busy night with spotty service. We had reservations & are Landry Select Club members celebrating a birthday. Seated by a service door we sat for 10 minutes before being acknowledged by a “server”. We requested a wine menu & received one 5 minutes later. Finally our wine was ordered & it was served appropriately. Our food was very good, up to ChartHouse standard.

Our reservation was for 8pm. We arrived 15mins early and were told they would text us when our table was ready...at 842pm we were taken to our table. The encounter with the bartender was less than pleasant. One of us ordered a drink that he was annoyed with making and he let us know about it. It was from the menu of drinks...and it was the person we were trying to celebrate. The dinner service was the longest service I've ever had. We FINALlY were able to leave at 1045pm after asking for our desert to go...An appetizer was dropped off at our table that was ment for the table next to us...we thought it was from the kitchen because of the wait. Even tho no one said anything directly to us...there was enough commotion about it that we were painfully aware of the mistake. Then there was a bug in the salad... We asked for the salad to just be removed from our bill. It was not removed but was remade...All our steaks were overcooked, but we had waited so long we just wanted to eat and leave. We were trying to celebrate a birthday...and instead left feeling like we were a bother to every employee we encountered. On top of listening to every employee explain how awful their night was...we also got to stare at dirty dished piled up in several spots as the restaurant emptied out and we wondered if they had forgotten about us.It was super disappointing.

Excellent food and atmosphere. The server and the rest of the crew need to put an iron on their smocks when working at an hign end restaurant as such.

We wanted to treat my mother-in-law to dinner here for her birthday, so my husband made reservations. I had been many years ago and always had a pleasant experience, but my husband has never been and was looking forward to dining here given the reputation. It's a beautiful restaurant and most seats have a great view. The hostess was friendly and politie and greeted us as we entered, and we were seated within a few minutes after arriving. The location of the table wasn't ideal - I'm pretty sure, after a quick glance around the room, we were seated in the worst table in the building. It was a round table, right in front of the salad bar and bathrooms. It was a busy corner of the restaurant and again, was overlooking the bathroom and salad bar.Our server was friendly but not super attentive. I ordered the black linguini di mare and it was completely undercooked. Every single bite I took was crunchy. I hate complaining at restaurants, but it was inedible so I shared this with the server. I showed him how I could take one piece of pasta and it would be cooked on one side and I could literally break it in half on the other. He assured me "it is supposed to be black, it's the squid ink", which I obviously knew because I read the menu but also showed me he wasn't listening to my concern if he thought that's what I was complaining about. I politely repeated myself, and he went back to the kitchen and the chef assured him it was supposed to be that way because they put a garnish of fried pasta on top. I again showed him that the pasta was not cooked all the way but he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I tried to eat around it but literally the majority of the pasta was not cooked. He came back to check in and saw that I hadn't eaten anything and asked if I wanted a box. I politely told him no because this isn't cooked all the way, and he grabbed the plate to take it away. There were no apologies and no offer to order something else or have a manager come to the table. We were still charged for the dish. I didn't want to make an even bigger deal of it (I had already brought it to his attention several times) so we just dealt with it and paid the bill. I was not expecting a free meal - I just wanted my meal cooked appropriately or my concerns heard and validated. We also ordered the lava cake which was disappointing as well, especially having to wait 30 minutes for it. We knew we had to wait so we expected something phenomenal (it used to be, years ago. Perhaps the recipe changed?) The cocktails were okay. I enjoyed my espresso martini, but my husband did not care for his drink (pomegranate mojito) . I also enjoyed the salad bar - lots of great options! I just wish our table wasn't directly in front of it.This is considered an upscale restaurant in the area, yet the service and quality were lacking. Given our experience, and what I've read from some recent reviews, next time we're in town looking for a nice meal, we will likely go elsewhere.

6:45 reservation. Didn’t get our meal till 9:45. Couldn’t even enjoy it at that point. The management had no idea what was going on. Total disaster of an operation.
