I pulled up in my 26 foot moving truck. I been unloading it for two days in this rain and barely ate anything today. This rude guy with long black hair told me that the window was closed after he juuussssttttt took someones order. Just wow. I am a black female and he treated me this way for no reason and without cause. Then he closes the window and locks it. Then walks over to make the white guys food and just looks back at me like, oh are you still standing there? He saw me pull up in this yellow truck. I am so disappointed and starving. I wouldn't have wanted his energy behind his food anyway!!! Knowing I cannot fit thru the drive thru 12 feet high. Sorry. But... my God saw all that and he will be judged. Do better.

I waited at the window for 3-4 minutes, no one came even though I could see 3 employees inside working/talking, they knew I was there but didn’t seem to care much. Walked away after getting no service, but was super hungry so decided to go back to the window. After another minute or two someone came to take my order. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. He was not talkative or helpful when I asked a question. Food was marginal at best.

They don’t have slushy but they don’t removed to their menu and replace it to a soda but they still charge you for slushy that’s a ripoff

I come here frequently and I've never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly. My order is always accurate and it's always hot and delicious. FYI, the spicey chicken sandwich is the best around.

Went to the drive thru on 1/14/25, ordered 5 5for $5 meals. Got home and the burgers were regular Checker Burgers (not the doubles that are advertised) and they didn't give me the chicken bites for all 5 meals. They also don't give you the apple pies with it so it's just a 4 for $5 meal. (It's false advertising) I won't be back to this location!
