The drive through cashier sat at the tables outside and smoked while literally watching multiple cars in line to be served for 10+ minutes. It took 15 minutes since we got in line for him to even show back up at the window ( 5 minutes after coming inside).

Edit: don’t bother trying to leave a review on the website. It doesn’t work. And if you try and call the voicemail box is full so you can’t leave a message either. The entirety of the checkers franchise seems to be subpar

The lady who took my order she got my food right, That's only thing she did right. my drinks was wrong. I order Mr. Pibb, sweet tea and Coke. Well, she got Coke right, but I received hi-c and un sweet tea. I told her you got my drinks wrong, she had an attitude bc she she had to redo my drinks, the she slammed my drinks down. She also said there. I'm thinking rude and unprofessional. I have been going there, for 6 years. I never received rude, attitude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She should repeat my order back to me. I guess no one cares about how your get your food. Oh, I got home, oh yes. Mr. Pibb nope,rootbeer
This person needs to be trained right and lose her attitude when people order.

We went through the drive-through and were first assisted by the AI ordering system. I asked what kinds of cheese were available, but the AI didn’t understand my question. An employee then took over, but they were extremely rude during the interaction.

We had requested no ice in both drinks and a cheese substitution, but neither request was honored. The drinks had ice, and the cheese was not substituted.

When we got home to eat, it was clear that the burger patty had been sitting for at least 10–15 minutes before being served. The food was cold, and the American cheese I specifically asked to be removed was still on the burger.

Overall, the experience was disappointing and far below expectations.

Refused service on a Saturday night at 3:00 with nobody in the Drive-Thru because I was not a mobile app also been serving spicy chicken sandwiches that aren't heated properly

Got to restaurant at 130am but because I was a walk up customer I was refused service even though they are opened till 3am. No where was there a sign posted stating that walk ups weren't aloud after 1. Guess your money isn't good after 1am if you don't have a driver's license. Will not be back

How come every single checkers in this area so so bad. Same issues worst attitude employees, old n hard food n they dont give u full fries not full Sundays n not full drinks. It takes so much build brand n name but look like checkers do not care n dont take complaints seriously. I complaints week ago n I was assured I will be getting refund in terms of coupons but never received. Go look under latest photos for bad food i received, n I want donate that 10$ back your multi million doller brand to use for training n better employees service classes. N keep ur reply to u that you regret my experiences was not up to standard n please contact us n shis. End is not far for this company.

Was yelled at for having my window down in the drive thru, while it was raining. The lady told me I needed to think fasted, because I was “on a timer.”

We don’t have Checkers near us, so we love to go there when we travel to places that have them. I’ve never been yelled at in any other restaurant. This was sad.
