I visited this location yesterday for lunch with my granddaughter, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience I don’t plan to repeat. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, which arrived burnt on top, with the meat inside also overcooked. I had already expressed frustration about not receiving side plates or napkins, so by the time the food arrived in that condition, I was thoroughly disappointed.

I’ve attached photos—please let me know if you believe this meal should have ever left the kitchen in that state. I will continue dining at the Sanford location instead, as I can’t afford to waste money on food that is inedible, especially in this economy.

Super frustrating experience
We had a small window for a “Thank you” dinner party for workers. We paid for and ordered mid-day today, and we expected the to go order be ready for pick up at 5:15pm - They got it totally wrong and had to “re-do” the order starting at 5:15pm. Food wasn't ready at all. I called for status to be told it was being “worked” on. Nonetheless, its after 6pm and still no dinner at home. Our workers have left and we have a huge platter coming, for just us. NEVER EVER, EVER AGAIN Cheddars!

Can't beat that price for the lunch choices. I think they make one of the best burgers from a chain restaurant. Just as good here as the one we frequent in Ohio.

Never ever come over here hungry after 6pm, they run out of everything, being called rude over a miscommunication, order the softest meat supposed to be, got serve unchewabale food, they just don't want to destroy the supposed to be good family dinner but still want to destroy your stomach all night over undigested food, I do not want any free food or your gift card we work hard every penny we spend at the restaurant, we are not here in this country to be a beggar or in any government support food stamp, then being treated like a dog like here you go chew it with your false tooth old man is just and insult to the core from server to who cook the food they should not work in serving industry.

Today's experience was absolutely terrible. We arrived, were seated quickly, ordered, and one of the dishes took 25 minutes longer than the others. When we asked the waitress about it, she responded rudely. (As if that wasn't enough, she never brought napkins or straws.) I always go to Cheddar's and have never had a bad experience, but today was awful! I definitely won't be returning to this place, and I certainly won't recommend it.

Curb-side ToGo. Dijon Chicken & sides were fresh, hot and perfectly seasoned. Chicken was a rubbery/chewy texture; however I have purchased and prepared well known chicken brands that cooked the same.
