Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

I had best meal of Salmon and delicious vegetables. My husband was not so lucky as his bacon cheeseburger was undercooked and cold. He didn't want to wait as service slow. Noticed others were sending back their food. Liked my Island Tiki cocktail.

We stopped in for dinner and were seated after a minimal wait. We sat at a booth that had crumbs all over the table and the seats. We asked the waitress to clean off the table and she told us that it was already clean.
We left (and likely will never return).

In reply to management comment below: we don't have a receipt because we were so disgusted by the booth and the server's comment that we left without ordering. There are too many good restaurant choices in Daytona Beach to bother returning to a bad one.

First time ever visiting Cheddar's and definitely look forward to another visit. Ordered the chicken tenders with a loaded baked potato and corn. My son had the chicken pot pie. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Ordered a house and caesar salad on the sides, they were quite large (although I don't think the croutons were 'scratch' made) very cold and fresh. A lot of food for a incredibly reasonable price this day and age, benefits of being owned by Darden and having the buying power to offer these prices I would imagine. I'm not normally one to get too excited about chain restaurants, but Darden does really good with Long Horn and seemingly so with Cheddar's too.

Staff always makes sure food fulfills expectations.

They never gave us corsaints. We were there for over an hour. They had no clean spoons for my husband's pot pie. I mean you could not wash one. My son waited for a soda for 20 minutes after he ordered it. Won't be back. It was for my birthday

Poorly managed. Waitlist online is not accurate nor updated. Empty bar area can't be seated as they don't have help or kitchen staff. Plan on being squeezed into a dining room with families with children. Bar full of racing fans waiting 3 hrs for race to start. Use to be our choice for dining.

We had a great meal, especially for a chain. Definitely worth a return visit. The prices are good and that has a really nice meal selection, also some good sides including broccoli casserole and loaded baked potato.

We just celebrated my grandfather’s 90th birthday at cheddars. It was my first visit.

The portions are large and the pricing is extremely fair. We fed 13 people for about $250 with tip!

Brad was our waiter and took great care of us. He was very polite and had a great sense of humor. Bro loves cake 🎂 😁

Can’t say enough good about this Cheddars location! The wait staff are incredibly attentive and the food was genuinely so good. Jared the manager is very hands on and ENSURES that it’s a remarkable experience for everyone. 11/ 10.. I am now a Cheddars fan for life! Thank you for the great experience!🥰

The Ribs and burgers are amazing and the bbq sauce is delicious.
The heated pastry croissants were amazing.
Thank you to our server Adrianna who made sure our first experience here was perfect.
Always nice to meet a young person who clearly loves her job and serving people.
Looking forward to visiting here again before we return home to Canada.

The cooks as well as the young man who bagged our order up should be ashamed of theirselves for selling the two monte cristco sandwiches that my husband and I received tonight. So burnt like it was left overs and redipped or just thrown in a microwave. And what manager allowed this to be sold out their window? I love this sandwich and after tonight I will never order from here again. It was not even close to closing time either so it’s not like they were being rushed. It was about two hours before closing time I have worked with the. as well as being a waitress, I know how it goes so I made sure there was plenty of time. Nobody had to be rushed. Nobody had to take Food back out and they still messed up my order. Disgustingly messed up my order and sold it to me over $40 that my husband paid for us to have burnt food.
