Chef Papa's Cafe and Catering

We recently partnered with Chef Papa’s Café and Catering for one of our special events at Abbey House Daytona, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Chef Tom and Callie were both an absolute pleasure to work with professional, kind, and extremely accommodating. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the chicken parmesan, salads, and desserts! What impressed us most was their attention to detail and personal touch throughout the process. They made sure everything ran smoothly from setup to cleanup, allowing us to focus completely on our guests. We’re truly grateful for their partnership and can confidently say Chef Papa’s is one of the best catering teams in Daytona Beach. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality food and excellent service for weddings or private gatherings.

Great place for lunch. I had the rueben and the wife had the chicken salad. They were both excellent and the service was exceptional.

We used Chef Papa’s catering for our 115 person wedding and it was incredible!! Not only did we thoroughly enjoy the food, we got SO many compliments on the food. Tom and Callie were such a joy to work with and accommodated us and all of our guests with joy. The price point is absolutely unbeatable in the wedding catering industry and the food is absolutely worth while. Will recommend them to anyone and everyone around!!

Sandwiches are good sized to share. While there are no children’s meals per se, a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon was perfect for sharing between our two toddler grandchildren . Waitress was quick to bring out their drinks and meal. Adult meals were not far behind. All in all a relaxing and filling place to eat.

Chef Papa’s DELIVERED. Truly. Callie was fantastic to work with. She was so accommodating and by the end of my working with her, she felt like family. Chef Papa’s provides delicious food (still receiving compliments on the food to this day). I am also receiving compliments on the cocktail service. Guests have stated that they never had to go searching for a staff member to get appetizers during cocktail hour. They ensured the buffet line was quick and seamless. We had a NY strip carving station, salmon with a lemon butter sauce, penne alfredo, sauteed green beans, roasted rosemary potatoes and salad with homemade vinaigrette dressing. They are very affordable and extremely accommodating.

We recently had Chef Papas cater our wedding and the food was delicious! All of our guest enjoyed and complimented the food served by Chef Papas. We used Chef Papa’s services for my dad’s retirement party in New Smyrna last weekend. From the menu development, communication, payment and execution, it was absolutely flawless. The 75 guests (including the guest of honor) were blown away with the food, service and presentations. We are so grateful for their professionalism and talent - highly recommend anyone needing a caterer to use their services. Thank you team! 10/10!

Wow, enjoyed Chef Papa’s special Italian dinner as a guest of a local and it was THE BEST! I enjoyed the meatball appetizer while others “yummmed” about the salad. All but one at our table LOVED the shrimp and artichoke linguine and another had the veal parm. Only a little leftover by those of us who had the meatball app because it was so delicious and filling. Couldn’t say no to the Lemongello cake and the Tiramisu, again so delicious. Wish I were staying in town for another opportunity to delight in Chef Pap’s delicacies!

Had a wedding reception at Coral Sands on April 13, 2024. The venue was perfect, and Chef Papas killed it! People talked about the food and how great it was! Everyone said how good it was! Staff is very professional and accommodating! Would totally recommend!

The entire experience was fantastic. From the initial tasting, to the ceremony. Callie was very responsive to all of our emails making the planning a breeze. The catering prices are very affordable with a wide variety to pick from. The day of the wedding, Callie and her staff were amazingly attentive to us and our guests, always making sure there was fresh apps coming out and cleaning up as the night went on. And of course the food was delicious too. We are still receiving compliments on the chicken and waffles and the Tuscan chicken. Thanks Tom and Callie!

We worked with Tom and Callie directly for the tastings and menu preparations. Most of a wedding can really hang on the quality of food for guests, and the compliments of Chef Papas is one we continue to hear even months later.They are dependable and good people that made our special day perfect. They gave us to-go boxes that we enjoyed for the day after our wedding, which is so thoughtful and is magnificent customer service! We would recommend Chef Papa's for any catering service.PS: Even if you don't like bread pudding, you must ask for a sample here- it's magic!
