I got the text stating food was ready. Listened to staff ask each other who order coffee, did you make that coffee. 20 minutes later I realized they are taking about me. My hot Mac n cheese sat there while my cold coffee wasn’t being made until I asked for it. Then was told how they go through a hundred orders a day……well all I wanted was hot food with my iced coffee. Didn’t even get that nor a fork.

Maybe this is an issue of expecting too much. I placed my order for fries and a coke expecting a quick turnover. 45 minutes later... I feel there should be included an estimate wait time if your going to take almost an hour as a fast food spot
