I go to school here and I wanted to leave a review because I was having a really stressful day and when I went to order here I was greeted by a very friendly employee, I believe her name was Sabrina Clarke. Sabrina was extremely welcoming and very nice and it just made my day a little better!!! She makes me want to come back again! P.S. she makes a really good milkshake ;)

This location within the university is not consistent with the rest of the Chick-Fil-A that, above all else, is known for their outstanding service. The cashiers tend to be pushy and hardly anyone seems like they enjoy their job. A big inconsistency that I noticed was no one saying "My pleasure," which while isn't exactly a problem, it just showcases the lack of proper customer service on the part of the employees.Furthermore, I was informed that they quote, "don't do refills" per the order of higher-ups. To my knowledge and experience from literally any other Chick-Fil-A location, this is also not part of their policy, further frustrating my visit.I had also informed a worker that I had accidentially spilled my drink all over the table when a worker unrelated to the conversation rather sharply exclaims the "No refills" mantra that I heard before, causing me to exclaim my own frustration with the worker given they had no business or knowledge as to what was going on. I was eventually given the refill from the worker that I originally talked to but then I got glares from every worker after I frustratingly explained that that I had actually spilled my drink all over a table.

These employees are the definition of hard-working. As someone in customer service for seven years, I admire their patience with a constant long line of students throughout the day. They are efficient, professional, and kind.

This chikfila is pretty middle of the road. Sometimes fast service, usually not. The food is usually correct, but it’s sometimes a little iffy even if it is correct. The lines are always horrible, and a few of the workers are incredibly rude
