When we walked in staff were complaining about a late turnover and a drunk guy at bar. Then they said hello after gripping in front of us about the bar and management. Our food was good but it took 50 min to get our 3 meals. My wife smooths took 30 min and my bar drinks took the same. The waitress was nice enough but you could tell she was over it.

The service is horrible. This was my 2nd time going to this location and I've never been more dissatisfied. My take out order was cold. The manager said he'd fix it only to add to the disarray. The spinach in my salsa was uncooked and hidden at the bottom of the Togo container. Not going back!!

I've come to this restaurant on many occasions while in Daytona. The service was one of the worst I've experienced. When a waiter can't make a drink Order correctly that's usually the first sign that things aren't going to go well. Water with plenty lemon and light ice isn't complicated yet my waiter had to go back and get more lemons and my drink wasn't with light ice. We had to send a burger back because I requested no cheese. It took almost 20 minutes in a half empty restaurant to fix the burger and when it came out the burger had frozen lettuce on it. Although they removed the charge for my meal the person I was with was also inconvenienced. Our waiter forgot to bring the margarita that was ordered and once he brought it over it was spilling and he didn't bother to offer to clean up the mess. Also. When a customer requests no salt on their fries it's important not to make them feel as if they are going to inconvenience the cooks. It takes 2 seconds to put a small batch of unseasoned fries on the side to accommodate a guest. Unfortunately I wasn't given the fries I requested. You all are hiring smiling faces but not training people etiquette and customer care. After all these mishaps the entire ticket should've been taken care of.

Fantastic service, of course! This is my husband favorite go-to . We were sat immediately. We ordered the sampler, which you get to pick 3 to sample out of 6 or 7. We got the southwest egg roll, chicken crisper, and sliders, which is a small burger w just meat and cheese. For my entree, my daughter and I did the 2 for $25. We both got the 6oz sirloin. For my sides I got broccoli, which tbh could if cooked longer and added some seasoning or butter cause it was dry and not tasty at all and my other side was the Mexican street corn, which BTW is SOOOOO GOOD! My steak wasn't that great because it was super fatty. Other than that, the food was good minus my meal and the street corn, and we had excellent service.

We came here for Lunch July 31st 2021. I have never been to this Chili's before and I really liked it very nice modern and the staff was very very friendly. We had the Blueberry margarita which was outstanding! And of course always buy one get one. The food was served hot and fresh and at the end we got a birthday scoop of ice cream with caramel for my husband. I love Chili's because you always know what you're going to get and it always taste good at a great price! I will return here next time I'm in Daytona.

I felt that this Chili's was more of fast food than a restaurant style and again I'm not complaining that the food came fast, but there wasn't that restaurant ambiance anywhere. You know how you go into dine with family and friends and you talk and laugh while enjoying some appetizers? Well this wasn't like that at all. It was a quick up and go experience that may be best for some, but surely wasn't for me. I came in and told the host we needed a table for six and we had to wait a long awhile before we were seated. The funny thing about it all was that only two tables were occupied and the entire floor was empty. It seemed to me and was later expressed by the waitress that they were short staffed and they're were only two or three employees -- the host, waiter and a cook. Sadly, during COVID-19 it seems as if people choose not to work therefore the restaurants are serving under this specific issue. Other than that, the waitress was sweet and polite and comforted my boyfriend who's picky and only ate chips and salsa. She refilled our drinks when needed and made sure were more than satisfied. It's unfortunate, but I feel that this Chili's needs better management in order to reduce mistakes or make new ones. There are great people working here (the two that I saw), but they just need a better leader to enforce the greatness they need to keep running. Don't get me wrong the food was delicious and I recommend the salads because they are delicious. Just make sure you come in with the thought of going in and out because it's very fast.

Haven't been to chili's in some time, but the Daytona ISB location was awesome. Our server was super friendly and informative. She let us know about the deals for beers and dinner specials. The food itself was hot and delicious!! We came during lunch time so it was a little slow inside and so was the food but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend coming here for lunch and giving them a shot. They a short staffed and hiring due to Covid so please be patient.

I rarely have a bad experience in a Chili's restaurant. I have one go-to dish and they rarely mess it up. I love (LOVE) the App Sampler. The Southwestern Eggrolls (not really eggrolls, but whatever) are my fave. Love them with the dipping sauces. The other stuff on the platter is also good, but not as good.

The wait was terrible and unnecessary. The restaurant appeared understaffed as there were a lot of empty tables even by COVID distancing standards. Our server was slow and forgetful. She delivered the drinks but we had nothing to stir the sweetener in our tea. She said she'd bring our silverware but that took a long time. Some were half done with their drinks before others got to stir their tea. When the food came we asked for salt and pepper but we were all 1/2 done eating before we got it. And the restaurant was out of ribs. Won't be going back.

I wouldn’t know where to start, but we will start with the servers first comment. “We don’t close for 45 minutes, but my damn kitchen run out of chips and the manager will not make anymore. So I hope you aren’t wanting chips and salsa.” It actually went down from there. After 1 hour of waiting the server came and said “the whole kitchen was a nightmare and in disarray and they burnt our dinners and had to restart them.” There is much more I could say, but avoid this place at all costs!!
