From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted and taken good care of by Kevin and his crew. My wife and I have been to countless Chili’s in our lifetime and this one takes the cake. Kevin was kind, professional, and his team executed with precious and speed I’ve never seen at this chain before. Thank you so much for taking good care of us!
Well, just from walking in, on a Monday evening, I was not told anything or seated anytime soon. My family and I watched the waiters and waitresses walk by without assisting us. After about 7 mins we were then seated, which by the way was not busy at all. After that experience things were great, the food was alright, but I will not go back to this chilis at all. I like chili's but just not this one. 2 stars because my kids enjoyed the food.
We tried Chili’s for the first time tonight. Our food was very good but the service from our waitress Vickie was excellent
We’ve been here the last 3 times sat at the bar and got terrible service. Takes forever for anyone to even greet us or ask us what we want to drink. It’s been different bar tenders each time. Today the bartender spent the entire time in the kitchen. Very disappointing because we love Chili’s food and we live around the corner but we’ve given it our last “try”. They need better service!
The food was good. Server was friendly and did a wonderful job.
This is the slowest service ever! We waited at the door at least 10 min with almost no customers. Once we were seated, we were greeted and drinks came pretty fast. It was downhill from there!!! The bar tender was our server and was pretty cosy with the folks at the bar, none else mattered. Our food took 40 min!!!
Honestly was not the best experience I've had at Chili's. The hostess did not put us somewhere we could have a high chair at and we were moved 3 times. They also had to take high chairs from other people just so that we would have some which is kinda rediculous. The food took over an hour to finally come out. Not sure if they are short staffed but we only received 5 bucks off our meal for the inconvenience.
Love eating at Chili's , Melissa was our server and did an outstanding job, she was also very friendly! Food was hot and fresh!
Good food with quick service. Originally went to BJs next door and no waitress for 20+ minutes so we left. Good choice.
This is absolutely my fav restaurant! I tell everyone. You have to get the steak with loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli or the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. OMG - I'm obsessed!!!!!

Great food, prices and service.
My family and I had a great time. Not many people at this location. Saddly I forgot our waitress name which was AMAZING! She went above and beyond, all I remember is that she is 47 years old and have four children. The bathrooms were nasty but overall the restaurant was clean.
I've been ordering from Chili's for a few years and always had an exceptional experience. Ordered from this location the first time and I've been so disappointed - comparing to other location the portions were so small. It was just a joke. I'm never gonna order from this location again. Very poor verses Port Orange location for example
I don’t blame them for the 1h wait. All companies all hiring and nobody want to work. Our waiter was on point, the food in general was good. The drinks too. They send you a txt message when ur table is ready. Sometimes people just has to adjust to the new reality and be patient. Chicken pasta was a go and the chicken fajita as well. We got the margarita presidente was good too.
Great service and food, the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the menu. They have a little kiosk on the table that you have to scan on your phone to view the menu. So if someone in your party doesn't have a phone they won't be able to see a menu?? I prefer the old fashion way... When the server brings every guest at the table a physical menu. I don't go out for dinner to play with my phone... In fact it's the exact opposite, I prefer a tech free dinner, so everyone is talking to each other instead of staring at a screen.
