While I generally enjoy your establishment, my last takeout order was missing crucial items (sour cream, lettuce, vinaigrette, fajita veggies), diminishing the meal's quality. Additionally, at checkout, an awkward situation arose when no change was available.
As a fellow professional in the food industry, I appreciate the challenges of busy periods, especially near closing. However, consistent order accuracy and customer service are paramount. I hope this feedback assists in maintaining your excellent standards.

Disgusting is an understatement. Went here for my birthday and needless to say i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were understaffed but that was not the case. EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS DIRTY. No napkins, no teas, drink station was a mess their line area disgusting 🤮, when i ordered told me they were out of a few things but then brought it out while i was still ordering like why would you say your out?!? growing up and working in a restaurant from age 15 to now 28 years old never have i ever seen a restaurant look that bad. Not to mention their employees had zero personality. And i will attach a picture of all the employees just standing there talking instead of resetting their line and cleaning.

I went in this evening to order food and they were out of almost half of everything they were out of chips. They were out of guac. They were about to run out of lettuce. They had no chicken and I hate to say it, but the people behind the counter seem frustrated and just irritable they weren’t that pleasantso I wasn’t able to get the full meal that I wanted. It’s a little disappointing. They were also out of chimichurri

Came in tonight they were out of steak it was sitting there waiting to be cut. The rude person taking the order asked the cook if she was
Cooking the steak right now she said no. They all laugh and the rude person in front said that was the realest answer. Like it’s a joke to lose business, my office often uses this place for our rep lunches I will tell every rep to never use this chipotle or any in the Volusia county area.

Literally the worst workers that exist on the planet, disrespectful and lack any basic social skills and are unbelievably stingy with portions.

I go to this Chipotle everyday. Yesterday when I walked in there was no line and one girl behind the counter. She was making a bowl. She looked at me and said someone will be right with me. Next thing I know she is walking to a table and sat down to eat her lunch. I wasn’t helped and another person came in line and started to order and another girl made her bowl. I moved out of the way and let the lady know I hadn’t been helped. I came in for a large queso and large chips. A man behind the counter than came over and apologized and said he would help me. I told him Thank you very much as the girl behind the counter didn’t want to help me. I ask him her name and he said it was Joy who acknowledged me and said that somebody would be right with me.
I go in daily and when Joy helps me she doesn’t give full portions of bowls, queso or guacamole. You all raised your prices and she is cutting back on the portions.
