Gives more portions than most other locations. Gave a free side of a new meat that they were testing.

First of all as soon as you walk in it feels like you are in a garbage world. All the tables dirty and trash all the way full with no chance to fit nothing else. Went there at 8:30pm waited there for at least 15 minutes until my turn. They are always out of steak by that time even tho they close at 11pm. This location needs some help.

This restaurant may have one of the worst problem solving I’ve ever seen from a restaurant. I make a simple error of putting my mobile order into this restaurant, instead of the one I went to close to my house. I first try to call them, spend about 15 minutes trying to speak to a human but end up being redirected again and again by their faulty AI helper. I then go through their website and say that I accidentally put the wrong restaurant location for my order, and would like a refund. It takes them about 2 days to get back to me by email to what I think was a real representative, they ask me for some order information, I give it to them, then they say they need a bank charge saying I bought food from another chipotle before they will refund my order. I find this very strange, but I send them a picture of my bank statement, and they get back to me a day later saying “Sorry, this didn’t occur on the same day as your mobile order.” Which was not true, I sat in the dining area of my home chipotle while I was on the phone with their AI helper. I mentioned this to them and they have made no response in what’s close to a week now. Very disappointed at how ill-prepared they are for a simple problem that they even have listed on their app as a frequent problem. Still no refund for the food I never got, would not recommend this restaurant to anyone due to the terrible customer service

The team here always does a great job. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and they keep the line moving quickly. Overall, my experiences have been very positive. The only downside is that sometimes they run out of ingredients like tortillas or chicken, which can be a little disappointing. Other than that, everything is consistently good. Thank you!

The food wasn't very good, except the chips and guac. Lemonade was decent too.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been in my life. I came in today 07/29/25 at 3 pm the employees in front need to be trained again about customer service. THE CHICKEN WAS BURNED. Chips tasted horrible and OLD. Everything was SOOO DIRTY. Trash was SO FULL even the garbage was coming out.

The dressing sauce they only give you a drop in the cup. Your wasting sauce cups for a drop or sauce and they only give you One per bowl.

Food: I ordered a Barbacoa burrito bowl with double meat. The meat was colder than room temperature, there was a giant wad of fat in my bowl I mean like it would’ve been three mouth fulls. The unfriendly server gave me about 5 ounces of meat. This was for a double meat order. I mean, it looked lonely in the bottom of the bowl before I started the other toppings.
Service: I’ve only been here about three times but every time I come here, the people greet you with a scowl. Nobody’s cheerful nobody smiling they all look miserable, like they hate their jobs.
Atmosphere: it’s a typical chipotle. It’s like eating at a cafeteria.
Value: a Barbacoa burrito bowl with double meat and a small soft drink is $25 without a tip. There’s a restaurant across the street that has two mountains on its logo and ice cold beer. I can get an 8oz sirloin steak and a soft drink in there for $25. And it’s a full sit down restaurant with real servers that wait on you. Great atmosphere bunches of TVs and sports. You know what I mean.
Sadly, this is gonna be my last trip to this particular chipotle and probably any chipotle going forward. It’s just too costly for a fast food restaurant and the value proposition just isn’t there..

Came in yesterday and noticed one of the twin employees doing everything on his own — running the line and handling online orders at the same time. Meanwhile, the other workers were just in the back, on their phones, not helping at all.

Even though he was clearly handling a lot, he still gave great customer service, was polite, and kept everything clean and moving. I usually see both twins working hard together, but the other one wasn’t there that day. You could really tell the difference.

There was a cashier up front, but she didn’t jump in to help either. Honestly, I felt bad seeing him do it all alone. Management should be more on top of things and support the ones actually working hard. He deserves some recognition for real.

I went to Chipotle a couple of days ago (can’t remember the exact date), but I had to leave a review because the twin employees there were amazing. Their customer service was on point—super polite, quick, and professional.

While most of the other workers were just standing around chatting, the twins were the only ones really working and keeping everything running. They even looked clean and well put together, which added to the whole experience.

They definitely deserve a raise—if they leave, this place is going to feel the difference.

Love chipotle. hate how they run. how are they out of everything at 10:05pm as im typing this and they close at 11? What’s the point, not only did you waste our time but now we’re hungry just say that yall close at 10. I’d expect that if I walked in at 9:55
