Okay so I read the reviews and looked at the pictures and decided we were going to try this place. I even called to make sure they were open before heading over.
I ordered the turkey wings and rice, black eye peas and candy yams.
The presentation was A1, however the taste was missing. The turkey wings have seasonings on the skin but not so much on the meat. The yams were sweet and a bit harder than I prefer but still tasty. The beans were okay but not the best I've had.

Yep. They getting a full 5 Stars from me. Anytime you can eat some cold pancakes, and them junts be gah, you know you getting 5. And the coldness was on me, not them. In town for Spring break, I order food for my son and all his friends. I went on a Thursday to let them know what I needed, they said bet we'll have the food ready. And it was, hot and fresh! Packed and ready for me. I let my plate get cold because I was running around. We had 12 pancake plates (4 bacon, 4 sausage, 4 turkey sausage). They kids DEMOLISHED them. I will definitely go back. Great service too. Seemed like good people!

They Never Answers The Phone I Done Been In There & See Them Personally Ignore Calls . They Get The Order Wrong & Won’t Answer Or Get A Attitude Cause They Messed Up Your Order . They Need To Stop Using These Cheese Instant Grits Because They Are Nasty . Sometimes There Is No Good Customer Service AT ALL !! I Try To Support Black Local Businesses But It’s The Samething Everytime Here

Sooooooooooooooooo freaking good for a nice portion & traditional meal. I decided to get a French toast w/sausage egg cheese. The soft & moist French toast was crazy not only that but you figured with a round sausage it wouldn’t work. But it worked perfectly. Sausage was nicely cooked with a nice soft char around the edges , eggs moist & fluffy. In the end you’re going to get a phenomenal quick & tasty meal. As well as excellent customer service. SHOUT OUTTT CJS PLACE!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOO

Breakfast with friends.. The food and prices were awesome.. We traveled to eat where the floks at home eat.. Thanks Ms Cathy.. We should have taken pictures of the food, unbelievable but we dug right in. So much bacon, pancakes were awesome and they cut them in small bite pieces, pork chops 2 large, the cornbeef🤦🏾‍♀️You better try CJ's Place in Daytona.. Asks the Wild Cats. I'm a snobby and pretentious New Yorker and I put my nose up to lots of stuff, but not this meal. The food was delicious, the team was really nice, and there's a lion statue. I'm coming back next time I'm in town.

Large portions of great food! Has pancakes, eggs and bacon. Pancakes were already cut in bite size pieces making on the go eating easier. Daughter had the pork chops and , YUM!

Parking: There is plenty of parking but it is creative, so b warned
