Love this place. We frequent it often for a nice Lavender Latte. Today we tried one of the homemade biscuits and they were delicious! Atmosphere is very relaxing. A nice place to unwind and people watch.

Terrible first time. We placed our order and the blonde kid put down coffee. There was 2 coffees, we tried asking if they were ours and he seems confused and didn't really give a verbal response then didn't start making a second coffee so we took what was on the counter since no other customers were around we assumed they were ours. We're almost out the door and the redhead says that's not your coffee so we get frustrated and put down the coffees. They gave us major attitude because we got confused so I state you can just give me a refund if it that big of a deal I just want to leave at this point. She says I'm gonna remake the coffee. The blonde kid literally slammed the coffee into the trash can and storms off like a child when his lack of communication is what caused this whole issue in the first place. She put the coffee down and there's no apology or anything just attitude. Ive waited a long time to finally stop in here and we could taste the hated in our coffee. Food looked great but we won't be back to try it. Absolutely would recommend just going down to sweet marlays. Great coffee AND service.

The iced caramel latte was definitely one of the best I’ve had from other locations. Just the right amount of caramel and coffee for a perfect taste. I can’t rate the food because we didn’t have any, but everything else is 5 stars.

Stumbled across this place on our first morning and ended up coming back a second time. The pour over was ace.
Second time at Copperline today. Girls up front were really kind and knowledgeable of the menu. Very chill space inside, much bigger than most coffee shops. Fairly quiet and good energy. Had a lavender & chamomile tea last time, OJ & a waffle this time, all excellent.

Ordered a cup of regular coffee and a vanilla latte at 2:39 pm according to my text receipt. I recieved the coffee 17 minutes later and the latte at the 21 minute mark. The coffee was luke warm and so was the latte. The bathroom is locked and you need a key on a ruler to access it. This place was not only slow but grungy and lacking cleanliness, just like the people slacking behind the counter. Don't bother going to this grungy place.

Very good coffee. We didn't have any of the food here.The floors were very dusty, I know this because I accidentally dropped my purse and there was this white dust that didn't come off easily. The bathrooms needed to be stocked with more toilet paper. Other customers and myself asked for more toilet paper was put in there. I guess I should be be to hard on them since we came before closing, but extra access to toliet paper should have been there...It was good and I do see us coming back to try out the coffee and food.

Best latte I've had In a while. The place was rustic. Alot of seating, inside and out. Service with a smile and fast. Could just sit and drink coffee. Didn't feel rushed. We are changing coffee destination to Copperline.
