Crab Stop II

Things have changed over the years so I’m updating my review to reflect the quality of service & the bait and switch of the menus. The menus should accurately reflect the current prices of the food. The food is still pretty good 8/10. The customer service has declined. Oh and the bathrooms are disgusting. It makes you question the overall hygiene/cleanliness of the restaurant. I really didn’t want to give a 3 star review because I’ve enjoyed this restaurant for 5 years, but I have to be honest.

This place rivals the fancy expensive tourist restaurants at a much better price with a simple atmosphere.
Service is great. Food is delicious will make your taste buds crave for more and more. You definitely get your money worth.
Can't wait to go back.
For that after dinner sugar craving Krispy Creme is right down the road.
There is also a nice lady by the the door selling pies.

We have been coming here for blue crabs, jumbo garlic shrimp and corn fritters for the past 4 years. Great experience every time.

Today was my mother's 80th birthday and this place was her special request. They surprised her with a slice of chocolate cake and sang her happy birthday. Did not expect them to so that, but it was much appreciated.

This little place was everything I could have imagined it would be! There wasn't a single piece of food that wasn't seasoned to perfection, cooked to the perfect temperature and style, and exceeding everything I could have hoped for in a crab-themed restaurant!

The fried fish was fantastic! My snow crab legs came out juicy, and the meal was bathed in a half inch deep bowl of butter, potatoes, and shrimp! There was so much food that we were able to bring it home and enjoy it for two additional days! The prices were fantastic for what we were given, and you would be missing out if you didn't take a second glance at the restaurant from the side of the road.

We went here because we were craving blue crabs but they had sold out. We called for the owner, Pat, and he was very professional, polite, and handsome if may say lol about them being out of crabs. He let us know they only accept the best quality of crabs and that the people didn’t catch quality crabs so his customers are without because he only provides the best. Everything was available. We ordered crab poppers, oysters, seafood rice, chicken wings & fries, dungeness crabs, steamed shrimp, and crawfish and everything was fantastic!!! Well seasoned and plentiful. It was affordable as well. The customer service was excellent. They were attentive and heard our request while tending to other customers, they basically grabbed things before we could even ask. Highly recommended. Thanks for your service! We will be back

Today on Sunday
October 20, 2024 I placed an order for two SEAFOOD Rice orders my order literally came with a lot of broccoli and cauliflower about four pieces of shrimp and that’s it. It normally comes with some crabs inside, but this time there was no crabs inside of the seafood rice. I called to try to get everything situated. She told me that they didn’t put no crabs because they didn’t have any but then quickly turned around and said if I want I can go up there and pick up the blue crabs, but didn’t you just say y’all didn’t put none on there because y’all didn’t have none Why would I waste my time and gas when it was y’all mess up not mines. I spend a lot of money here I will not be back. This is the second incident where some bs has happened. Then gone give me a refund option but wants me to bring back both plates that’s just an inconvenience for me do things right the first time you wouldn’t have to cover mess ups.

Consistent amazing food!! our MUST eat at place every time we are in Daytona. Excellent crablegs, shrimp and oh my the complimentary corn fritters!!

They are unprofessional I paid for food went to pick up my kids came back they gave my order away. Stood there for a couple mins calmly. No one was willing to acknowledge me. 2 young girls walking pass me chef hollering they got to pay for giving my food away cuss he just made it. Now I’m waiting another 15 mins ? UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!

OMG this place right here is fire ? Every time I come to Daytona ima make sure to stop by, the food came out steaming hot the service was amazing and the prices bb I was amazed with the affordable prices ! My god daughter is a picky eater and she approved ? will be telling all my people about this spot
