We visit Crabby Joe's frequently, both before and after the rebuild. A week ago was the first time I decided to dine there. We've always just grabbed a beer and enjoyed the ambiance. First, I wanted an outside table to watch the sunset, the hostess informed us that we would have to order through the bar if we did that, so it seemed like a hassle. We went ahead and got sat inside. We sat there for about 15 minutes, no one came to the table. Another couple got sat right behind us and the waiter was to them immediately. I started getting a little upset and mentioned to him that we had been sitting there 15 minutes, so he did take care of us immediately. He was great! The Crabby Joe's lager is totally worth it. Our food was fresh and served pretty quickly. However, I ordered the fish and shrimp basket and my hubby got the fried fish plate, the shrimp was good but you only get 4 and one piece of fish. The fish they serve tasted rather mushy. My husband got 3 fried fish pieces and he felt the same way about the quality of the fish. Apparently it's a fish called basa. Small portion of tasteless cole slaw, the fries were good. I'll definitely go back but I think we will steer clear of the fish.

A bit loud as it was high tide, and it was just after a king tide and the waves were quite large. Great flavors and the food was tasty
