Great breakfast before the Daytona 500 quick and easy

Asked for biscuits took 10 min to get and no jelly. Another 5+ minutes for that. Wife ordered strawberry cheese cake stuffed pancakes. No strawberries. Substituted peaches instead. Not a big deal. Ordered a side of hash brown casserole. When food came 30 min later no hash brown casserole. Told they were out. But the tables next to us got it right before us and right after us. I order build your own breakfast which comes with biscuits and gravy. When my food came out no biscuits and gravy and waitress never came back to check on us. When we finally flagged her down for refills and the bill she handed us a bill with hash brown casserole still on it even though we didn't get it. We always love the food but the service just gets worse and worse.

I think there overrated and expensive

The last time I went to the one on international drive and they had no host.So it looked like you should seat yourself.And I sat there for a while before.They finally asked me how they could help me and I said I wanted to eat so they explained they had no host and I had to move but then things went pretty smooth from there. My potato casserole was kind of cold.
I understand host is not a very
high paying job. But funny how that could really mess up things for such a big restaurant.

It was a very bad experience, we came Saturday around 7pm and it was normal, I don't know why they told us to sit down and left us waiting for 45 minutes, no one attended to us and we left. The following Sunday we went around the same time, we couldn't eat as it was very unpleasant and humiliating when the waiters were sweeping around us, we had to leave all the food as we felt the dust falling on top of the food. We felt very bad and left without eating and paying for the food, I don't think we will return to this place 😔

Honestly had a great experience when going to Cracker Barrel on 2/22/25. Everyone was friendly, and even when the chefs were backed up with orders my server offered some free biscuits as an apology. The food tasted amazing and will always come back to this location when nearby.

Well let's face it, when you commit the 3 Deadly sins of restaurant management there's trouble ahead. Reduce servings, cut quality and raise prices. The food has been changed to boost bottom line and yes, the customers know it.
Time to do a gut check and change

DO NOT VISIT when Nascar is in town. It was ridiculous that we were only given 4 options on the menu. We ordered the old timers and wasn't worth the price. The sausage was under cooked and rubbery. the eggs were scrambled, wasn't given an option on how I'd like my eggs. The only good thing was the fried apples. All in all it was a disappointment.
One thing that they should've done was post on the door that they were NOT offering a full menu but only 4 menu items and list what they were. And the seating was another issue.
CRACKER BARREL IN DAYTONA, plan better for August. DO BETTER.

Limited menu. And we sat waiting about 20 minutes for anyone to come ask us drink order. Had as for silverware had ask for jelly for biscuits. Over all very very disappointing
