Service was good from team members. We ordered a small and medium shake. Large fry, 2 cheeses sauces. Fries and cheese were excellent. Fries were fresh out and perfectly crispy. Milk shakes were the worst. I’ve always felt like you guys had the best milkshakes until last night. My small chocolate shake was flavorless. My husband’s medium strawberry shake had great flavor. The real problem was the consistency of the shakes. They tasted like someone put whip cream and mixed it with the syrups. We were very disappointing. The cups felt weightless. $15 for all of that. I will just stick to the fries and cheese sauce. It doesn’t seem worth risking again for the cost.
You may as well not even order curbside because nobody comes outside you'll be waiting 30-45 mins they are inefficient as hell.

The food was amazing but the drive way service was terrible I ordered three sandwiches a concrete mixer i'm usingI ordered 3 sandwiches a concrete mixer And two milkshakes I received everything but the two milkshakes and I waited 20 min in i called They said they were bringing it out 10 minutes later past. Still in the drive thru They still did not have the milkshakes and I have to call again then they put me on hold then finally come out with it then the lady demanded my receipt. It was unbelievable
I only come to Culver’s to see Joy! She always goes above and beyond with her amazing service and friendly attitude. She makes every visit a great experience. If Joy’s working, you know you’re going to have a great time. Carol and Claire have also been amazing! Always fresh, good quality food!
