I was always intrigued by the idea of rolled ice cream and I finally got the opportunity to try it! It was fun to watch it be made and The taste definitely didn't disappoint! We kept it simple and got a birthday cake, one with sprinkles and added fruity pebbles to the actual ice cream. Sometimes, it is hard to enjoy things on international drive because of the parking and traffic situation, but there is a nice big lot next to it that prevents this problem. I would definitely check this one out! ?????

It was too hot to want a regular dinner, so I decided to have ice instead! I'd never heard about rolled ice cream, so I just had to try it. They pour real cream onto a frozen (and I do mean it's subzero) metal surface and spread it out. It freezes in no time, and then it's scooped into thin curls. I swear, the ice cream got colder as I ate it, and my tongue felt a little bit of frost bite. But it was really good.

This style of ice cream is so cool. My kids loved watching it being made in front of them. The only downside is no kiddie sizes so I shared with my 3 year old.

We enjoyed our experience! The ice cream is really good and they give you lots of toppings on your ice cream, so there's plenty with every bite. The lady that took our order was fast and helpful, and even asked us if we wanted to watch after announcing who's ice cream she was rolling each time. I've had rolled ice cream before in Savannah, GA, but it was my husband's first time having it and he really liked it. Definitely recommend.
