Our dinner on 03/21/2025 was disappointing. I ordered a fajita quesadilla, which in the past has been delightful, but this time, two out of four pieces were overloaded with large peppers and had fewer shrimp, plus there was no Chipotle aioli. I couldn’t modify my order in the system, which was frustrating.

My husband’s carnitas tacos were also a letdown, as all three were filled with avocado cream despite the menu stating it shouldn’t be included. As a result, he didn’t eat any of them.

This experience has made us feel uncertain about Dahlia’s service. I reached out via email to express my concerns, but I haven’t received any feedback.

Food was bland... server acted like we were bothering them by being there and food took way too long specially when there wasn't anyone barely in the place.

Overpriced non authentic Mexican food. Server was very rude and super slow, had to ask for everything and wait... save your money and eat elsewhere where they have a better attitude.

Food was delicious and very flavored, but the service was one of the worst services I ever had! She didn’t introduced herself, she got to the table already asking for drinks.. we got our food and we didn’t had silverware, I have to ask for someone else after 7 minutes and she even asked me “oh do you asked for silverware?” Like yeah? How am i supposed to eat? I would definitely be back for the food, but lack of service is very disappointing.

This was an unfortunate experience but one that seems to be more consistent these days. Arrived around 6:10pm, had to request who our waiter was so we could order drinks over 10 minutes later. Placed orders, including an appetizer. Drinks were brought but never any refills that were asked for. Finally after 30 minutes after asking for a refill, I went to request my own refill and saw my refill was sitting on the bar the entire time (this is no exaggeration). Spoke to the manager and he said he would get our food out right away if we would stay. Took drink back, sat down, and manager started seating more guests. Awful service. No appetizer ever delivered, no refills, and they weren’t busy. Left and went to Longhorn.

The Top Shelf Margarita was great. My date had a margarita flight that she really enjoyed. The portions were very good. The atmosphere was about what I expected for a strip mall. Four of us ate with drinks for about $100

They screwed up our order. Blamed it on the "trainee" that took the order and then refused to give a refund for the messed up order. That's terrible business! Won't be back!

Excellent attention. Very good food and recommendations made by the waitress. Birria tacos 100% recommended. The churros for dessert were also an excellent choice.

Upon entering Dahlia, the decor is bright and inviting. No hostess, waited 5 mins, then walked to bar area, as I heard people talking. Couldn't see anyone. So I walked toward the door to leave and I heard someone say "hi". She apologized and stated she was the only one working. I was seated, only one other party of 5 or 6. I ordered water, and it tasted off. The salsa and chips were good. I ordered nachos with beef. The presentation was ok. Nothing special. Beef had a horrible taste. Very greasy looking. Found what looked like a large marble size potato in it. Not appetizing. That evening, I had upper and lower gut issues. They may have been having a bad day. But for me, it's a one and done experience. Too bad cause we love mexican food and were excited to see them open in Daytona and Port Orange.

Food is always good. I prefer not to have Soria as my server ever again. She does not comprehend basic instructions let alone is able to tell her customers to have a good day. I’m a server myself, so I know how quality service. She is extremely rude and needs to work on trying to understand her customers better . I will be visiting again i just prefer not to sit with her ever again.

Had a very enjoyable experience while dining @ Dahlia Mexican restaurant in Daytona Beach. Food and drinks were awesome. Alfredo and the other staff took very good care of us. Highly recommend this place. And we will most certainly be returning to Dahlia; in the near future.

The food was okay, but the manager came around the corner and stood there and just awkwardly stared at me while I was having lunch with my girlfriend. I asked him if everything was okay and why he was staring at me, and he became aggressive, stating that he’s just “doing his job”. I politely asked him if he would stop staring at me while I eat because it was making me uncomfortable, and he basically stated that he’d “look at whatever he wanted to look at”. My girlfriend and I left our food. I paid the bill and tipped the waitress the amount of money the meal costed, and we left. I’ll never go back there again. And I’ll be sure nobody else I know ever goes there either. Thanks for lunch 🤙🏾
