Dave & Buster's Daytona Beach

Disappointing in the chicken nachos (not like menu picture) and service where servers disappear even after the table is cleared. We waited 24 minutes for the check with no explanation for the disappearing act.

Always an awesome time with the family and my 4 boys at Dave & Busters!!!! We love esp Half price Wednesday!!! Last time we were in Daytona, had the best wait staff, food came quickly and wonderful birthday celebration!

The Dave and Busters gift card is useless and nobody actually works here.

I had a $25 gift card. We love arcades and are regulars at Arcade Monsters, Gametime, Elev8 and Andretti. This was the worst experience yet.

We walked in on a Saturday night to a host who presumably was sitting people at the restaurant, but was quite deliberately avoiding eye contact with us. We walked around to look at the games selection, which was just ok, then tried to buy a card.

There is no desk here to buy a card. There are no live workers present. You’re forced to deal with a kiosk. NO arcade in Orlando area leaves you completely on your own like this.

The minimum card purchase was $25, plus a $3 activation fee and tax. To use the gift card, I was being asked to spend $4+ of my own money. The gift card didn’t scan. Nobody there to help. We went back to the car to see if we could add the card to the app.

Nope. The only payment method on the app is Apple Pay or a credit card.

Dave and Busters Gift Card= worthless plastic. Total ripoff.

My wife and I had a great time with our extended family, however the food is rubbish. The server was attentive but poorly trained, and I don't care if it's the new way of doing things or not - when you shove a tablet in my face and you have a server that hovers over you until you sign your bill and provide a tip, lucky if I give you two stars. I will not return

We had 5 hrs of fun, food, and cocktails! A great alternative to the family, home for the holiday, chaos.

I went to the Daytona Beach Dave & Buster’s on Saturday night with my girlfriend for what was supposed to be a fun dinner, and it ended up being a huge disappointment.

First, it took forever for our food to come out. When it finally did arrive, the order wasn’t even correct – the potatoes I originally ordered never came. The manager did come over and was very apologetic, and went to get the mashed potatoes I had ordered.

When they brought them back, the potatoes were cold on the inside. At that point, it was just a horrible experience overall. Between the long wait, the incorrect order, and cold food, it felt like nobody was really paying attention.

We had so many other options for places to eat, and I decided to give Dave & Buster’s a chance. I won’t make that mistake again.

Waited for almost 2 hrs for our food waitwd 30 minutes for someone to come to out table , it wasnt even busy, and I talked to the manager and she didnt even care she only offered to cover our dessert for free like really and the food was nasty.

Made a reservation for Veteran's day. The hostess told us there were no tables available but, we were the priority, since we had a reservation. She asked if we would mind going to play some games while we waited and she would call us in just a few minutes. We came back after about 20 minutes and she had left to go home. They had seated several people ahead of us. We were told again that we would have to wait unless we wanted to sit at the bar, we did. There are tons of tables but they do not have the staff to seat everyone. The next host told us that management does this all the time. Why bother having so much capacity if you don't staff to fill it? The food was really good but having to wait so long when you have a reservation just sucked. The only bright spot was the bartender Satoru. He was literally running around trying to get everyone taking care of.

Way too expensive! Felt more expensive than my dave & busters in Roseville, CA. Most games are 7 to 10 credits. Bring back the machines that print out the paper tickets! Also it is way too loud in there. I got two $25 cards but with tax and service fees I ended up paying $59 no way.
