Dave & Buster's Daytona Beach

Great place, not so great service! Place was even slow inside when we arrived and had to ask multiple times for silverware and drink refills after the food was delivered. Also watch the tip amount on the servers automated pay tablet. It added up to way more than 20%. Assuming they are hoping that most people aren’t paying attention enough to catch it. Won’t be a returning customer after so many mishaps!!

Food was good, games were fun. Servers were just rude. Chose to go here for my birthday and was disappointed with how long it took and the lack of friendliness.

So much better than our first visit. We sat at the bar and service from Anita was perfect. Ordered ribs and flatbread and both were amazing. Drinks were also delicious and perfectly made. The games are always a good time and the atmosphere couldn’t be better. Will definitely be back.

First time going to a D&B. It was great a lot better than a chucky cheese. I liked the VR game probably the most. The food was good. The appetizers were better than the main dishes in my opinion. Enjoyed it. Plan on going to the one closer to home

Great Dave and Buster's. The staff were friendly (especially Michael in redemption). The games were all working. The service in the restaurant was good.

Terrible experience at this location. The assistant general manager treated our party in a rude manner. We were there to celebrate, but she ruined the day. She suddenly turned nice when I asked how can I file a complaint.

Manager Today 8/3/2025, most disrespectful. She literally making us move from one table to another with so much rush! little she knew we have a disabled in the party and she suddenly changed her tone. She even ask one of us if she understand english? What a disrespect! First you don't need to act like that! Just be courteous to your customers. Today customer service is not available at least from her. Dave and Buster, You need to do better training your managers.

I didn't go in to this experience having high expectations of service, but our service was so bad that it was almost laughable. We expected a Saturday night to be busy, but to my surprise the restaurant was mostly empty. Despite few customers, there were a ton of servers standing around chatting with each other. After waiting at our table for close to 15 minutes a bartender came over and acknowledged that we had been waiting a while and she would try to find our server. When our server finally came over she was rather cold and stared at us like we were asking her to go above and beyond to take our order. We ordered an appetizer, which came out after our food, and was cold. When we had finished eating, our server asked if we wanted to buy a game card, and then curtly shoved her tablet in our face to pay and walked away. The tablet didn't work and kept giving an error message, and to no surprise, she couldn't be found, so we had to flag down a different server to help us. The icing on the cake was that suggested tip was based on the value of the meal and the game card.... She was lucky we left anything based on her level of service.

The atmosphere was energetic and it was wonderful I've been here several times never to eat and I won't ever eat here. We got there and stood waiting for a host for 20 mins employees walking back and forth from the dining area and no one acknowledged us at the host stand and all the tables say see host to be seat but there was no host. After 20 mins we left and went else where this is actually the worst experience I've had at dave and busters which is very unexpected.

Staff was wonderful. Food was tasty. My only concern was that we had a very large party and the bills were not separated properly and it took an exceptionally long time for our guests to check out. I understand it was a computer issue and not the staffs fault but it did lead to some frustration amongst our guests. Other than that, I do recommend Dave and Busters!

Their bar / drink menu displayed no pricing, when asked was told because they could not per corporate. The food was mediocre at best, a simple house salad was all romaine lettuce with a few cherry tomato's but no cheese. Boneless wings had little flavor, fiasco when trying to divvy up the check. Will not visit again.
