We were there for the 2nd time unfortunately I Ap 24. First time we said we wouldn’t go back. This time i ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which was so small I looked at the waiter and asked if he was kidding. We will never go back again. Pricing also way yo high

We arrived to a fairly empty Restaurant and the host sat us at a table in the back of the bar area then sat two more tables after us servers kept walking by including the manager ten minutes later the host who was working his but off noticed no one helped us so he goes in the back to find someone to help the tables in the area i was sitting in. finally the waiter takes our order we ordered an appetizer and it never came when the waiter brought out our food order we advised we never received our appetizer waiter replied that's probably why it took so long for your dinner to come out. Poor Service

Our party was impressed that the food was much better than they expected. Really good service and good seating arrangements. The only complaint was that the noise level was too high. It was difficult to have a conversation with the TV speakers and background noise to loud.

Had a horrible experience at the breakfast with Santa.

Service at this DB is horrible! The servers just don't care and the management even less. I waited 30 min for our food and it wasn't even busy! Then once the cold food arrived we only saw our server when she came to bring the bill by throwing the pay device on our table and then disappear again. Didn't check on us. Both our drinks ran out shortly after the cold food came and to top it all off empty ketchup bottle on the table. This place needs a management change immediately!! Ruined our whole night. I'll drive to Jacksonville next time.

Kid-friendliness: This place has no security . I wouldn't let my kid run loose here. The staff just doesn't care.

I’ve been here very often over the past couple months and can say, Kobe, Sally, and most importantly, Mike the game tech, have made my experience amazing when they are working. Their customer service, knowledge of the games, and helpfulness have made my experience so great. Because of them, I will continue returning as it is hard to find the level of service they offer at other venues in the Daytona beach area. They go above and beyond to make my time there extremely fun.

Always a great place to have fun. They have added a few things and took away a few of their machines, which is a little disappointing. It feels very small inside now, like they don't have enough stuff anymore, but still good food and good times

Great atmosphere, I just loved the sound system, really upbeat music tracks. Easy access and plenty of parking. Our host greeted us upon our arrival, and we were seated immediately. The attending server was well informed and helpful with making our meal selections, we were advised of meal/game packages. So, before our orders arrived, we had a great time enjoying the arcade.

Overall nice place.Only issue is the tipping system when dining. Keep an eye out with TIPPING. There’s a “suggested gratuity,” already included in the bill then another screen pops up asking for tip. If you put 0 dollars on the second tip screen that “suggested gratuity” of a bit more than 18% STAYS on the total. So if you do enter an amount on the second screen you end up tipping twice. Just DO THE MATH when eating here it’s super sneaky.

Food isn't super great. You will have to wait for everything. It's very loud and the employees can't hear you very well. Games are OK. Gonna cost a bit for anything decent. Overall not bad to visit every so often. Need more Grabby claw games.

Went to try the "restaurant" again. I have very strict dietary requirements and a note from my doctor. Tito the manager came up and said I could not have my protein shake and needed to put it in a dave and busters cup. Never in all the years and all the businesses in any state have I had this issue. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Especially after explaining and showing my doctors note. That should have been the end of the issue. Wonder why this place is dead.

Last weekend was my sons 14th birthday and where we were supposed to have his party at they didn’t have the kitchen open at all, so we decided to go here… My family and friends are so happy that we did. EVERYTHING and EVERYONE were amazing, from the time we got in to the time we left. They were very accommodating and had so much patience with us. The staffs energy was top tier… A special thanks to NICKIA (hostess), Sean and Tito. Thank you for being understanding and helping us, you all made my son’s party a success.
