came to daytona for a few nights whilst visiting orlando. googled the best burgers in daytona and this place was repeatedly mentioned. and wow - it was amazing. SO many burger options. all cooked to order and the fries! i will be dreaming of them for the rest of my life. so crispy. so good.
also, the only place during our whole trip which served funky buddah, our favourite beer!

Dive bar engage, low lighting for sure. Went with the 2x smash. Delicious is 1 way of putting it. One of the best in town is another. The patties were seasoned well with a crust. Not to thin tho! Fresh cut fries were amazing. Service was mediocre at best. Highly recommended

We come several times per year when visiting my folks who live in Ormond. The food is good, staff is fantastic, and the beer selection is second to none in the area. The only thing I'd like to see is glasses as opposed to plastic cups for your fantastic beer. Looking forward to our next visit.

Came in on a Friday night around 7ish. Were told to choose anywhere to sit. A server came over to us 5 or so minutes laster with waters and menus. Took her a while to return to us to take our order, which was surprising as there were only a couple other occupied tables. I would say a solid 10-15 minutes after arriving our order was taken and it took 30-45 minutes to receive our food. Luckily, the quality of the smash burgers and fries made up for the slow service. Best smashburger I’ve had in years and both the drunken fries and parm truffle fries were delicious! Definitely a dive bar atmosphere, but has live music and great food.

karaoke not the greatest! Didn't have several songs, Didn't allow "the F" word. it's a bar, with Karaoke after 8, in Daytona, you should be able to sing what you want!!!
Not used to seeing children at a bar at 11pm. Didn't feel comfortable about children being at the Bar! Not very tasteful, especially at 11!

the burgers were darn near raw in the centers and the tomatoes was disgusting tasting like they were old , asked to speak to a manager but was told that one wasn't available. totally dissatisfied

This past Saturday afternoon we had a large group gathering at the Daytona Taproom (coordinated ahead with manager). They have 50 beers on tap and sandwiches. It has kind of a dive-bar look too it but the servers were excellent and the selection of beers were very good. My wife and I both got burgers (as did about half of the group) and really enjoyed them. Mine was The Glazed Donut burger that was a 1/2lb burger between two Krispy Kreme doughnuts (that are also lightly grilled) toped with bacon jam and American cheese. It was so decadent and tasty :-) . My wife had The Shroomer that was 1/2 burger on a soft potato roll topped with Swiss cheese and mushrooms that she really enjoyed. We split an order of the hand cut fries and liked them also. If you are beach-side, it is worth a visit for a tasty burger and beer!

Look, I’m going to be honest…..the atmosphere of the Daytona Tap Room is lacking. BUT this is NOT why I visit this institution. I visit the “Tap Room” for the burgers, fries and great selection of draft beers! The service is always great as well as the food! Walk through the doors, and you will look forward to going back!!
